About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Jess. I’m a counselling psychotherapist with over 10 years experience working with adults, young people and teenagers.

People often come to therapy when they’re experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite themselves. You might be struggling with low confidence or self-esteem, the impact of childhood experiences, trauma, relationship or boundary difficulties, parenting challenges, big life changes, or grief. Sometimes there isn’t one clear reason just a sense that things feel heavy or harder than usual.

I offer a warm, relaxed and non-judgemental space where you can slow things down and talk openly about what’s going on for you. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Alongside exploring your experiences and emotions, we might also gently look at unhelpful thought patterns or beliefs that are getting in the way.

I also have experience supporting adults and young people with Autism or ADHD, and I aim to work in a way that feels flexible, understanding and tailored to you.

Practical details

• Sessions cost:

online £60 and face to face (Sidcup) £65
