Supervision is a special and important part of the practice of counselling/psychotherapy. I offer supervision in a supportive environment that feels safe enough for supervisees to be honest about their difficulties and successes. My supervision practice puts the relationship with your client at the forefront of consideration. About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my profile. I work in Leeds City center and Ilkley. Are you having personal problems that leave you feeling hopeless and alone and feel you need support in your time of difficulty or crisis? Then counselling can give you the opportunity to discover ways to make changes that are meaningful in your life. I am a warm, open , approachable person who believes passionately that talking therapy gives you a place to explore your problems and to begin to change whatever is troubling you by helping you gain clarity whilst developing potential coping strategies. I qualified as a Person Centred counsellor and have had further training and interest in Psychodynamic therapy. I am a very experienced counsellor with over 12 years experience. . I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from issues such as work related stress and anxiety, personal identity questions including sexuality, domestic violence, relationship problems, mental health concerns and issues of drug and alcohol etc. My work has also included counselling in a hospice working on such issues as bereavement and loss.My first session
Our first session will be an assessment . Here you can decide if you would like to continue your counselling journey with me. The therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of a journey into health. Fee: Individuals £60.00 Couples £70.00 Sessions last 50 minutes.
