About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page. I am a warm, approachable, and highly experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Supervisor, dedicated to helping you create meaningful and lasting change. I offer a safe, confidential, and non‑judgmental space where you can explore what truly matters to you, while feeling supported every step of the way.
I work with Adults, Couples, Trainees & Supervisees, Families, and Young People (18+), bringing depth, clarity, and compassion to every session. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, relationship support, or professional development, my approach is tailored to your unique needs.
As an accredited member of the UKCP, I uphold the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice. Clients choose to work with me because they feel heard, understood, and empowered — and because they experience real, transformative results.
Practice description
I am of Indian origin and have lived in the UK for most of my life, so English is my primary language. Having navigated the richness and complexity of both cultures, I bring a deeply considered and empathetic understanding to my work. I appreciate how heritage, identity, and lived experiences shape us to being who we are, and I will always meet you with respect, openness, and genuine curiosity — regardless of your background.
Supervision is, for me, a vital and dynamic part of therapeutic practice. I see it as an essential part in supporting both trainees and qualified therapists in developing deeper insight into their client work, strengthening their clinical thinking, and continually refining ethical, effective practice. As your Supervisor, I work in a collaborative way and my role is to champion and celebrate your growth, help you navigate challenges with confidence, as well as empower you to expand your professional identity and competence.
While my primary supervision approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, I draw on a range of integrative methods to ensure our work fits your needs and the specific complexities you may be encountering with clients. My aim is to offer a collaborative, reflective, and energising space where you feel supported, stretched, and inspired in your therapeutic development.
In my psychotherapy work, I am committed to empowering clients to make their own informed decisions and to move towards a more joyful, positive, and fulfilling life — one that is centred on wellbeing, success, and meaningful connection with self and others. This ethos also informs my supervision: I support you in cultivating clarity, confidence, and autonomy, so you can offer your clients the very best of your professional self.
