I'm BACP Accredited and have been working with clients since 2014 and in private practice since 2017.

I'm humanistic (PC, Gestalt, TA) and I integrate psychodynamic, attachment, trauma and shame theories. I work from a relational-developmental perspective.

I have a particular interest in childhood emotional neglect, shame & clients considering estrangement.

I am neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ affirming and a trans ally.

I'm passionate about working with supervisee shame in supervision and therapists building sustainable practices.

I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Since qualifying I have undertaken additional training in relational trauma.

I am an Accredited Member of BACP and provide individual supervision sessions on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

All of my sessions are online with Zoom.
My current fee for supervision is £70 per hour or £105 for 90 minutes.
