About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Steffi Cutland.
I trained within an integrative (transpersonal, person-centred and psychodynamic) model of psycho-therapeutic counselling and supervision and have since worked in long, medium and short-term counselling/psychotherapy in private practice, the charitable sector and for an employee assisted program for the NHS.
Alongside my training I have followed a calling to spirituality, esoteric, mysticism and philosophy. All have encouraged me to incorporate regular spiritual and mindful practices and to nurture the deep connection I feel with the natural world and organic processes.
I predominately work as a supervisor and am part of the counselling tutor team at Strode College in Street. I am involved in all level 2 - level 6 Cpcab qualifications. I also supervise counsellors and student counsellors for Sweet Track Counselling Services, who offer a Psycho-Spiritual Approach to Counselling and are Glastonbury based.
My client/supervision work is held in private nature settings in Glastonbury and Norton St Philip. Online work including nature assisted is available too.
As part of my service to community, I facilitate Nature Retreats and ‘Around the Fire’ circles.
For over 20 years my heart keeps calling me to this ever evolving work and I feel blessed that opportunities have always arisen to allow me to bring myself fully to this path and the people I work with.
Practice description
You and your work are at the centre of my care.
We will explore whatever part of your work or personal and professional development you wish to bring to supervision and work out a therapeutic supervision pathway that resonates with your unique needs and preferences.
As we will work in a 3 acre private permaculture garden we will invite the natural world to give us perspectives aligned to the 7 eyed model of supervision.
My first session
I always offer an initial meeting that last up to one hour at a cost of £25.
This will give us an opportunity to establish whether some work together can benefit you and your client work.
............And if successful sketch a scaffolding of boundaries that can hold our work together safely.
