I offer both online and face to face supervision. I am happy to discuss your needs and the length of supervision you require. Whether that is 1.5 hours a month or 1 hour a week or fortnight. I am happy to discuss and make it work.
My general working hours are Monday to Thursday daytime. And Thursday evening. But I can be flexible with supervisees.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced supervisor. I have supervised therapists in a wide range of settings, including private practice, students in training, eating disorder clinics and general counselling services.
I work creatively with supervisees and aim for them to reflect on the work they do with clients in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I respect the work of my supervisees and work alongside them , rather then instructing them. I work hard to build an open and respectful relationship with them, where I can challenge them and they feel they can challenge me.
Supervision is about learning, development, understanding and it is a unique and powerful process. One that is key in the work we do as therapists. For me it is so important to focus on the supervisee, their feelings, experiences and personal development, while also understanding the client work that they are doing.
In addition to supervising therapists I can offer supervision to a range of different professionals. This has included those in the NHS settings, solicitors and barristers, estate agents, chefs, life coaches and mentors – to name but a few. Please do contact me if you are in another profession and would like to have some external supervision.
I work individually and I run supervision groups.
