About me and my therapy practice
I provide supervision for ongoing counselling and therapy and Single Session Therapy. I am on the UKCP Supervisors Directory and am a BACP-accredited supervisor. Aligned to column C in the SCoPEd framework.
With over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy, I now work primarily with practitioners who are well established in their professional lives. The psychotherapists and counsellors I support are at least five years post-qualification and have a strong grounding in clinical practice.
By this stage, you have moved beyond training and are engaging with the depth and nuance of the work. You understand complexity and uncertainty, and you recognise what it takes to build and sustain meaningful therapeutic relationships. The relationships you have formed have both challenged and shaped you. Experience brings confidence, and it also brings new questions, new developmental edges, and an ongoing desire to grow.
My role is to provide a reflective, collaborative space where experienced practitioners can think deeply about their work, refine their approach, and continue to develop. With three decades of experience in the field, I offer perspective, stability, and a deep respect for the responsibility and privilege that come with this profession.
If you are an experienced psychotherapist seeking a space that honours your expertise while supporting your continued growth, I would welcome the opportunity to work alongside you.

About me and my therapy practice
I have 30 years of experience as psychotherapist and counsellor. Aligned to column C in the SCoPEd framework.
I offer focused eight-week therapy for individuals seeking depth, clarity, and meaningful change within a contained and purposeful time frame. Eight weeks can be a powerful and supportive framework for change. It provides structure and momentum, while allowing enough depth for meaningful exploration.
In our work together, we will agree to focus on resolving a specific issue in your life, offering clarity, direction, and a shared sense of purpose. While our work may centre on one particular concern, it often brings wider benefits, deepening self-understanding, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful shifts in other areas of your life.
This time-limited approach can be particularly helpful when we focus on a specific concern, such as anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low mood, life transitions, or a loss of direction. Working in this way creates clarity and purpose, while still allowing space for insight and growth.
