About me and my therapy practice

I offer clinical supervision grounded in the principles of Person-Centred Counselling, with a focus on the core conditions of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard as the foundation for reflective practice. My approach supports supervisees in developing deeper awareness of both their client work and their internal process, creating a space where exploration can unfold without judgement or pressure.

Alongside this, I integrate the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, allowing us to explore multiple dimensions of the therapeutic relationship. This includes attention to the client experience, interventions used, relational dynamics between client and therapist, the supervisee’s internal responses, and the wider systemic context. This framework supports a balanced, holistic understanding of practice while remaining grounded in the supervisee’s way of working.

Supervision is offered as a collaborative and reflective process rather than directive oversight. I aim to provide a space where you can think openly, explore uncertainty, and deepen your therapeutic presence. Ethical awareness is embedded throughout, with reference to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework to support safe, accountable practice.

I work with both qualified counsellors and trainees, supporting professional development, ethical decision-making, and the integration of theory with lived client work.
