I am currently taking on couples and individuals for counselling.
About me and my therapy practice
My name is Maria Huant and I offer counselling to couples and individuals, seeking to understand the source of their difficulties. While we may not always know where our problems stem from, finding a space to think and reflect is always a positive first step.
As an Integrative therapist I am experienced in helping couples and individuals using psychodynamic, systemic and person-centred approaches to resolve conflict, overcome communication difficulties, explore trauma, overcome infidelity, work through parenting issues or support you through bereavement.
Listening to your needs in a safe and non-judgemental space, I specialise in helping understand who people are within relationships and how they came to be where they are. In a supportive and welcoming space, we will work together to help find a way forward that honours who you want to be, bringing clarity and intentionality to your life.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face and online therapy in a central London and a west Essex location.
