About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, I am a Person-centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Solihull. I work therapeutically with adults, children and young people with a wide range of difficulties and issues which impact upon their everyday lives emotionally, psychologically and physically. I am experienced in working with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.

I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgmental space where individuals can safely explore and work through their problems.

Working with children and young people: There is a growing awareness of the difficulties children and young people can have when communicating psychological and emotional discomfort and how this can leave them feeling isolated, alone and misunderstood. Counselling can help individuals reconnect with themselves and others. In addition to talking therapy I also offer a variety of therapeutic activities and creative work to help facilitate improved self-understanding and awareness of their individual problems and help develop their own resources and coping strategies.

Couples Therapy: I provide a safe, warm and facilitative space for couples to explore and work through their problems. A space to help couples develop clearer communication and understanding; listen and respect each other; re-establish peace and calm in the relationship and rediscovered each other.

I offer both short-term and long term counselling.
