About me and my therapy practice
Like my counselling I use an integrative approach to supervision. Using an approach that provides support, learning, encouragement, self exploration and challenge.
Using concepts from Proctor's 3 function interactice model, Stoltenberg and Delworths integrated developmental model, a solution focused approach from Wasett. We may also glean much from the seven eyed model.
My Approach will be based on what you want to get from the sessions as a supervisee.
I hold a British Psychological Association approved certificate in clinical supervision.
Practice description
Supervisee's can attend once a month or every other week. I'm an integrative therapist generally using Person centred, psychodynamic, existential, CBT and creative ways of working.
£65 1 hr
£85 for 1.5 hrs

With many years experience integrative therapist in private practice I offer a genuine, non-judgmental, honest environment. I use various methods and theories to understand each unique client and their struggles to provide an exclusive therapeutic experience.
I believe people live in ways that have been influenced by thoughts and beliefs learnt from childhood and beyond. These can cause conflict within our lives and affect how we feel, our thoughts and behaviours.
Therapy uses the unique relationship between therapist and client to vocalise things never said, to feel and explore emotions suppressed or are overwhelming in order to live a life that is desired.
