About me and my therapy practice
My supervision provides a safe and supportive space to thoughtfully reflect on your therapeutic work. I aim to offer encouragement, guidance, and constructive challenge in a way that strengthens your confidence and professional development.
I believe supervision should be a collaborative process — an open exchange of ideas and reflections that helps to clarify uncertainties, explore misunderstandings, and deepen understanding of the client, their needs, and your own responses to both the client and the work. Together, we can make sense of any complexities that arise within the therapeutic relationship.
I also recognise that personal experiences can sometimes impact our professional work. Supervision offers a respectful and contained environment where you are encouraged to share any personal challenges that may be affecting your practice, ensuring you feel supported both professionally and personally.I hold a British Psychological Association approved certificate in clinical supervision.
Practice description
Supervisee's can attend once a month or every other week. I'm an integrative therapist generally using Person centred, psychodynamic, existential, CBT and creative ways of working.

About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced integrative therapist in private practice, I offer a genuine, honest, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself. My approach is tailored to you — drawing on a range of therapeutic methods and theories to truly understand your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Every therapeutic journey is individual, and I believe your therapy should feel that way too.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in line management within the corporate world and also ran a local youth group. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the pressures of professional life, leadership responsibilities, and the challenges faced by young people and families. They have enriched my understanding and allow me to work confidently and compassionately across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life situations.
Many of the ways we think, feel, and behave are shaped by beliefs and experiences learned in childhood and throughout life. Sometimes these patterns support us — and sometimes they create inner conflict, affecting our relationships, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Together, we can gently explore these influences and begin to untangle what may be holding you back.
Therapy offers a powerful and supportive relationship where you can say the things you’ve never felt able to say, process emotions that may feel overwhelming or long suppressed, and gain deeper understanding of yourself. In doing so, you can move toward living a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
