About me and my therapy practice
Most people aren’t broken. They’re just used to not being heard.
I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist from a person-centred perspective, grounded in a simple but often overlooked belief: people already hold the capacity to understand themselves, face what’s difficult, and change the direction of their lives.
In a culture obsessed with quick fixes and neat labels, I offer something different—a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or be anything other than real. A space built on honesty, empathy, and acceptance.
I don’t position myself as the expert on your life.
You are.
My role is to walk alongside you as things begin to make sense—where anxiety, grief, or feeling stuck are not problems to eliminate, but signals worth listening to. When that happens, something shifts. Not because it’s forced, but because it’s allowed.
This work isn’t always comfortable. It asks for courage—to face what’s been avoided, to question what’s been assumed, to tell the truth about how things really are.
But when the conditions are right, people don’t need fixing.
They begin to move. To choose. To change.
And often, to live with more clarity, depth, and freedom than they thought possible.
