About me and my therapy practice
Effective supervision is built on openness, trust, reflection and professional accountability.
My intention is to provide a supportive space that encourages growth, ethical awareness and confidence in practice while prioritising the wellbeing of both supervised and client.
My supervision practice is informed by ethical and professional guidance from BACP.
Practice description
For me, supervision is a collaborative, reflective and supportive professional relationship in which ethical standards are strengthened.
Thus I aim to create a space where supervisees feel able to think openly about their client work and explore challenges whilst developing their confidence and competence so that they can maintain their resilience in practice.
I encourage ongoing feedback about the supervision process so that our work remains useful, collaborative and responsive to professional needs.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming, stagnant and isolating at times and having a space to talk through things can make a real difference.
As a a BACP accredited counsellor and a qualified EMDR practitioner I am committed to working collaboratively with you. Together we can grow your self-awareness.
My clinical experience includes working with both children and adults across a variety of settings including, schools, emergency services, NHS and private practice.
Practice description
Something I have learnt across a decade of clinical work is that truly being heard and understood can create a space for healing, clarity and lasting change.
In my practice, I offer thoughtful, compassionate and non-judgemental counselling. I work in a client-centred way where each person's story is respected.
I offer you a space to explore your experiences, strengthen self-understanding and move towards a meaningful change for you, at your own pace.
I bring both professional and personal understanding to my work alongside a calm space where you feel supported, empowered and valued throughout your journey.
My first session
Exploring therapy is an important step. The first session is an opportunity for us to understand what has brought you to seek support and what you are hoping may change. There is no expectation to share everything at once. The aim of the first session is to establish an intentional starting point for deeper ongoing work.
Therapy works best when there is a sense of safety, care and understanding. The initial meeting allows us to consider whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
