About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Pippa
I offer online supervision for counsellors working with children, teenagers, and adults. My approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, creative and play therapy, mindfulness and somatic approaches, alongside supporting the development of your private practice.
The right fit
Finding a supervisor is such a personal process - it’s about connection, trust, and support. Supervision should be a space where you can bring your whole self, share the challenges of the work, and feel heard and understood.
My aim is to create a reflective space where you can grow in confidence, work through perfectionism or impostor syndrome, add new tools to your toolkit, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself as an integrative therapist.
I’ve been running my private practice since 2018, alongside working in schools and universities, and teaching yoga. I carried out MSc research on adolescent wellbeing at UCL/Anna Freud Centre. In 2024, I completed Counselling Tutor’s Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision and offer reduced rate sessions to trainees.
Practice description
My experience and what I bring to supervision
- Supporting children and young people in diverse settings, including London and Brighton state schools as well as private boarding schools.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams supporting university students with complex mental health diagnoses.
- Private practice experience, including referral networks, safeguarding policies, ethical dilemmas, and boundaries.
- Relational work exploring unconscious dynamics in the therapeutic relationship.
- Creative approaches, including creative and play therapy to help younger clients put emotions into words.
- Trauma-informed practice including somatic awareness, mindfulness and inner child work informed by ACT, IFS, and yoga teaching.
- Specialist training and experience in eating disorder recovery with NCFED.
I see supervision as a collaborative partnership, working together to make sense of complex clinical work, recognise your strengths, and explore areas for growth.
Whether you are a trainee, newly qualified or looking to deepen your practice, I aim to support you in developing a fulfilling and sustainable therapy practice.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Pippa.
I’m a creative, somatic integrative therapist and clinical supervisor working with people in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing stress, anxiety and burnout, including those who are neurodivergent, and often feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life.
In our work together, we’ll explore what is keeping you stuck, what matters to you, and what you’re working towards.
Alongside having a space to talk and make sense of things, we’ll also practise practical skills and strategies that support meaningful change.
This may include mindfulness, grounding and self-compassion practices, as well as creative and body-based ways of working with emotions, helping you respond to challenges with more choice and flexibility.
Practice description
My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred talking therapy alongside ACT-informed mindfulness, creative therapy and somatic approaches.
I also teach yoga and am passionate about the connection between body and mind in emotional wellbeing. Holding both of these perspectives in mind allows us to work with both thinking patterns and embodied experience, supporting change on multiple levels.
I have nearly a decade of experience working in private practice, schools and universities, and hold an MSc with UCL/Anna Freud Centre, a BACP diploma, ACT training, 200-hour yoga teacher training, and additional specialist training in trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity and eating disorder work.
Alongside my counselling work, I provide clinical supervision, facilitate training for professionals, and run wellbeing workshops.
Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, depending on your needs and preferences. Sessions are online, from the comfort of your own home.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to have a chat about what you are looking for support with and whether it feels like a good fit to work together.
