About me and my therapy practice
I work as one-to-one and group supervisor for psychotherapists and counsellors, including trainees.
My training is as an integrative transpersonal therapist and supervisor, and feel comfortable working with therapists from all orientations.
I currently work as a group supervisor for bereavement organisation where I run two groups, and would welcome enquiries from organisations of all kinds.
Prior to training as a therapist and supervisor I had 20 years experience working in creative and management roles in the arts, education and public sectors, so have a depth of facilitation experience.

I am an experienced psychotherapist registered with the BACP and UKCP. I work in Kensal Rise / Kensal Green and Paddington / Little Venice in London.

I offer:
Long-term Psychotherapy: To support deep inner change.
Couples Counselling: To support change and growth in relationships.
Short-term Counselling: To help develop better coping with specific issues.
EMDR therapy for Trauma: To treat psychological issues related to trauma (including PTSD, panic disorders, phobias, performance anxiety, self-esteem issues and other anxiety-related disorders). This treatment is recommended by the NHS and NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).
Supervision: Supervision for psychotherapists.
The therapy process
Counselling and therapy provides a space where change becomes possible. It will open you to new thoughts and feelings about your life, and new ways of dealing with troubling issues.
My role is to support you to explore the inner obstacles preventing progress, and to enable you to relate to yourself and other people in a more open way. Therapy will broaden and deepen your life experience, building resilience, hope and confidence that you have everything you need to create the life you want for yourself.

My first session
I offer an introductory session for £40 for us to discuss you particular needs, before committing to longer-term work.
