The way that I work.

There are a variety of approaches to the way practitioners work with their clients. I have been trained in a therapeutic approach called psychodynamic and systemic.

Psychodynamic therapy - helps you understand how your current feelings and behaviour are shaped by your past experiences and your unconscious mind and impulses.

Systemic therapy - focuses on the interactions and relationships between a couple, family, and/or groups to help them address any problems and to be able to move forward.

It is important to me as a practitioner to take a holistic approach with all the people I am working with.
