About me and my therapy practice
As a clinical supervisor in training, I offer a reflective space where you can explore your professional development and your client work. I use an adapted version of the 7-eyed model, which helps us to explore the client, the therapeutic relationship, your internal process and the wider context of practice in a structured yet flexible way.
My style is collaborative and relational. I aim to balance gentle challenge with warmth, helping supervisees feel safe enough to be curious and honest about their work. I adapt my approach to your evolving needs and the stage you're at in your professional journey.
An intersectional and anti-oppressive lens underpins my work. I invite conversations about how identity, culture and systemic factors shape both clients' experiences and your own therapeutic process. My hope is that supervision feels grounding, empowering and meaningful - a space that supports both your practice and your wellbeing.
Practice description
Supervision with me is a space to slow down, reflect and think openly about your client work. You're welcome to bring anything you need to supervision - client material, stuck points, identity-related questions, organisational pressures or anything else that feels present. I hold space for the whole of your experience, not just clinical content.
My role is to help you deepen your understanding of your clients, navigate challenges with more clarity and stay connected to your own therapeutic voice. I work in a thoughtful, reflective and compassionate way, offering gentle challenge where it supports your growth.

About me and my therapy practice
About me:
I’m a BACP accredited therapist with experience across private practice, the NHS, Higher Education and charities supporting Black communities. I have over ten years' experience working within the mental health field in varying roles.
As someone of mixed heritage who grew up in diverse London communities, I bring personal insight and cultural awareness to my therapy practice, helping me understand the unique ways identity and background shape each person’s journey.
How I Work:
I offer short- and long-term therapy to adults (18+), providing a safe, collaborative space. My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Existential theories as well as some CBT techniques. I also have specialist training in Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression and EMDR.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) helps to process traumatic or distressing experiences that may still be impacting you. It's a structured approach that uses bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to support you in processing the memories and reducing the emotional intensity. EMDR can be helpful for a range of difficulties, such as, trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias etc
At the heart of my work is a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe therapy isn’t about giving advice - I trust that you already have the answers within you. My role is to support you in uncovering and making sense of them in your own time and way. While therapy can be challenging, I believe it can also be creative, empowering and even enjoyable.
I use an intersectional and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I recognise how identity and social context - such as race, gender, culture and lived experience - shape mental health and sense of self.
I don't believe therapy is a one-size-fits-all. Each person brings a unique story, so I tailor my approach to your individual needs.
