About me and my therapy practice
As a Supervisor, I bring extensive experience and expertise to support and guide supervisees in their professional development. With a background in various therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of the complexities of the human psyche, I am committed to helping supervisees grow and excel in their clinical practice.
I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where supervisees feel empowered to explore their strengths and areas for growth. I believe in approaching supervision from a holistic perspective, taking into account the personal and professional aspects of each supervisee's journey.
Whether through online sessions or face-to-face, I am dedicated to providing individualised support and feedback tailored to the unique needs and goals of each supervisee. My goal is to foster a nurturing and enriching supervisory relationship that ultimately enhances the quality of care provided to clients.
If you are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor who is committed to supporting your development and helping you reach your full potential as a therapist, I would be happy to have a conversation with you to see if we could possibly work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with experience working in private practice at The Eaves in Farnham. I am an integrative therapist which means that I can offer a number of different therapies to suit each client, as each person is an individual and will have different needs.
I believe passionately that therapy can help to restore our internal equilibrium which can become disturbed following a major event or a number of smaller events at one time. Therapy can also help to heal scars left by events in the past that remain unresolved.
By placing you, the client, at the heart of the therapeutic encounter and walking alongside you, I can help and support you in finding a way to restore inner balance and peace.
I offer a warm, empathic, safe and judgment–free space which can allow you to explore your feelings and find a way forward that works for you.
The therapeutic offer can be short term counselling (6 to 26 sessions) for a specific issue or problem or longer-term (open ended) psychotherapeutic sessions for those who have unresolved issues from the past that are affecting their day to day lives in the here and now.
Sessions are offered face to face in a professional psychotherapeutic practice in Central Farnham.
Online sessions are also available via Zoom.
Practice description
I initially trained as a bereavement and end of life counsellor and worked for three years at a local hospice supporting patients and their families who were faced with a serious life limiting illness or an end of life diagnosis.
With a background in Senior Management, I also specialise in supporting clients work through workplace issues, which can include bullying, harassment, redundancy and disciplinary issues, to name but a few.
I have also worked with an organisation called Co-Parenting Matters, helping individual family members going through a divorce or separation work toward co-parenting agreements.
In my private practice I work with a wide range of issues including self-esteem; trauma; addictions; personality disorders to name but a few. Extensive Experience in long term psychotherapy, supporting survivors of domestic and parental abuse. Extensive experience working with self-esteem and self-image issues
I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and offer supervision to fellow professionals in a calm and professional environment.
My first session
Our first session would be focused on getting to know what you would like to get from the therapeutic process. It will give you a feel as to whether you feel you would like to commence therapy and whether or not I am the right therapist for you. It's also a good opportunity for you to ask questions about my qualifications and credentials.
The first session also gives me an opportunity to ensure that I am appropriately qualified to work with the material you are bringing to therapy. An example could be issues around adoption, as there is a separate qualification required to work with adoption issues.
At the end of the session you have the choice to continue to attend sessions or cease therapy. I would then help you to source another therapist if you so wish.
