About me and my therapy practice

I have a well-established career as a therapist, supervisor, and trainer in psychotherapy. I offer both individual and group supervision to practitioners across a range of settings, supporting them to reflect on their clinical work, develop their practice, and maintain safe, ethical, and effective care.

I am experienced in providing supervision to a range of professionals, including therapists, social workers, care coordinators, healthcare assistants, and nurses. I understand the differing demands, responsibilities, and systemic pressures within these roles, and tailor supervision accordingly.

I have particular experience in supporting practitioners working with complex and severe presentations, including high levels of risk. I offer a containing space to think carefully about risk assessment, safeguarding, clinical decision-making, and the emotional impact of this work.

Practice description

I provide a reflective, collaborative, and containing supervisory space where you can explore the complexities of your client work, including risk, relational dynamics, and emotional impact. In group supervision, I facilitate a respectful and thoughtful environment where shared learning, multiple perspectives, and peer reflection can enhance clinical understanding. I recognise that supervision is not only about clinical decision-making, but also about supporting your professional development, resilience, and confidence as a practitioner.

My practice is informed by an awareness of intersectionality, and I actively support supervisees to consider how aspects of identity, power, culture, and systemic factors shape both the therapeutic relationship and client experiences. This includes creating space to reflect on difference, privilege, and potential biases within clinical work.

As an integrative therapist and supervisor, I draw on a range of theoretical models and adapt my approach to meet your individual needs, level of experience, and professional context. Supervision may include case discussion, formulation, exploration of parallel process, and attention to your own responses within the therapeutic relationship.

We will usually begin by considering your current caseload, areas of challenge, and your goals for supervision, creating a space where both support and constructive challenge can be offered.

My first session

In our first session, we will explore your current caseload, your role, and your therapeutic approach. If you are early in your practice, this may also include thinking about your integration as a therapist. I will also want to find out a little about you, alongside considering whether the supervisory relationship feels like a good fit.

If you are interested in working together, I offer an initial, no-obligation consultation to explore your supervision needs. The initial session is 50 minutes and costs £80. Ongoing sessions are charged between £80–£120, dependent on caseload and frequency of sessions.

I am offering clinical supervision at £40 per hour until December 2026.

About me and my therapy practice

I have a well established career working as a therapist, supervisor and trainer in psychotherapy.

I support people struggling to make sense of their difficulties. The decision to start therapy can be challenging, I therefore provide a space where your experiences can be explored in a compassionate, confidential and collaborative way. At a time when it seems hard to make sense of things in your life that are causing you distress this can be difficult and life can feel unfulfilling.

As an integrative therapist I am trained to work across several different modalities meaning that in our sessions together I will utilise what is required based on your individual needs. We will usually begin by exploring what brings you to therapy now and how you can begin to make sense of thoughts, patterns and difficult feelings you experience.

Once you have made contact I will arrange with you to have a brief no obligation assessment session. The session will last for 50 minutes and be at a cost of £60. If we decide to continue our sessions the cost will be £80-£120 based on income.
