About me and my therapy practice
Good supervision offers more than a place to talk about your clients — it creates space to think, feel, notice and discover new possibilities in your therapeutic work.
I offer integrative, collaborative clinical supervision tailored to you and your way of working. Drawing on the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model, the Cyclical Model and a range of creative and experiential techniques, I invite curiosity about what is happening between therapist, client and supervisor, as well as what may be emerging beneath the surface.
Whether you are developing your confidence as a therapist, navigating complex clinical work or looking to deepen your existing practice, supervision can provide a supportive space to reflect, challenge assumptions and see things from a different perspective. My approach is flexible and individualised, using creative methods where they are helpful to unlock new thinking and bring fresh insight to your practice.
Supervision is a space to pause, think differently and reconnect with what matters in your work as a therapist.
Practice description
I offer supervision in person from my East Belfast office or online via zoom. It is usual that supervision lasts 1.5 hours per calendar month, however this can be adapted due to differing needs. I have experience tutoring on counselling courses (CPCAB) and I particularly enjoy with students and newly qualified therapists working towards accreditation.
My first session
Much like psychotherapy a good fit with a supervisor is important, with this in mind I offer a short phone call ahead of committing to work together.
