About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative clinical supervisor and counsellor who can provide an authentic space for supervisees, counsellors and trainees where they can offload, reflect, acknowledge any transference and most importantly learn from their supervision sessions in order to be able to move their clients forward.
I use the cyclical model of supervision. Page and Wosket (2015 p.19) state the cyclical model allows;
“enablement of the fullest therapeutic use to made, of the counselling or psychotherapy. It also enables the supervisee to foster their capacity to practice effectively by developing skills and resources together with their ability to reflect upon and conceptualise the therapeutic process”.
The model is simple and effective and allows us to set clear goals whilst adhering to BACP ethical framework.
I am a warm and caring person and aim to ensure I work ethically and non-judgmentally with all my clients. I can offer a honest and congruent space within which you can be assured you will feel safe in the knowledge that the work is confidential and that it is carried out within professional boundaries.
Practice description
I work online and face to face with my own clients as well as with supervisees and trainee counsellors.
In my private practice I work primarily within a person-centred framework, however, I adapt my approach to meet my clients needs as one size does not fit all and am therefore using an integrative approach.

At our initial session we will get to know each other a little, explore the contract agreement and boundaries, and to also discuss a way forward that helps you to achieve your goals.

I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, couples counselling, and much more. My approach is rooted in helping people develop a positive mindset that empowers them to move forward, regardless of the difficulties they may face.
If you are looking for guidance or simply someone to talk to, please contact me.
Practice description
I work online via video call or face to face.
I am open and approachable and want all my clients to feel safe and comfortable. We can discuss the things you want to work on and make a plan to move forwards together.
My first session
During the first session if you have any questions about the agreement which I will email before we start so you can be fully informed, then please ask.
I have a duty of care as a counsellor with reference to safeguarding, record keeping and data protection and this alongside confidentiality and record keeping processes are all explained in the agreement.
You will then be able to tell me your story and we can make a plan as to how we can move forward together to work towards empowering you to move forward.
