About me and my therapy practice
Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists
I am really enthusiastic about helping therapist develop their style in a way that suits their personality best, and gives them the highest job satisfaction. This means having a keen eye on work-life balance, proactive burnout prevention, celebrating wins, live experiential learning such as regular role-play in a very safe setting - generally a good mix of exploration and reflection!
Supervision Offered:
• Clinical supervision for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists
• Support for therapists on placement
• Reflective practice and case consultation for qualified practitioners
• Integrative and relational supervision
• Structured, outcome-oriented supervision
• Short- and long-term supervisory work
Supervision sessions are designed to provide a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where practitioners can explore clinical work, ethical questions, relational dynamics, and professional development.
Practice description
About me
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist trained to Advanced Diploma level at The Minster Centre and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Middlesex University. I is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and works within both BACP and UKCP ethical frameworks.
I am also trained in Good Supervision Practice by the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT) and is a member of APT. APT’s supervision training emphasises the importance of clear structure, well-defined supervision contracts, reflective clinical thinking, and outcome-oriented practice that supports both therapist development and effective client care. Their model highlights supervision that is purposeful, reliable, and grounded in collaborative learning and professional accountability.
My supervisory approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative, supporting therapists to deepen clinical understanding, reflect on client process, and develop confidence in their therapeutic identity. My practice welcomes practitioners from diverse backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexualities, and modalities.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and ethnicities, sexual orientations and genders, ages, religions and classes. I strive to be sensitive to all the issues - both individual and cultural - that people from various backgrounds encounter in this world. I offer therapy in English and German.
Practice description
On deciding to work together, we will agree on a weekly slot. Sessions last for 50 minutes and are of course strictly confidential. I offer short-term (5-10 sessions) as well as long-term (open-ended with regular reviews) therapy.
As my client, you are protected by both the Data Protection Act and the Ethical Guidelines of the BACP, the regulatory body for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for me to assess your difficulties, and to find out what changes you are looking to make.
As we go through the lifespan, we are often faced with various challenges such as understanding our past experiences, processing our present situations, planning for the future - or all of the above!
For you, the first session is a chance to see how therapy can support this process. You might like to prepare a list of questions: or indeed, just come as you are! Both are equally welcome. By the end of our time together, you should be in a position to decide if you would like to work with me.
