About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified therapist of 6 years, and a lecturer on a Counselling BA for 3 years, I think that I offer a well-rounded supervisor experience that utilises my experience and my ability to teach when needed.

I draw on a range of therapeutic theories while keeping our relational process at the heart of the work. I use the Seven‑Eyed Model of Supervision to explore your client work from multiple perspectives: your internal process, the client’s experience, the dynamics between you, the wider context, and any parallel processes that may emerge in supervision.

I offer:

A safe, attuned supervisory relationship

Supportive challenge and ethical reflection

Integration of theory with your unique therapeutic style

Attention to relational dynamics and parallel process

A focus on your wellbeing and professional development

Practice description

I am an integrative relational supervisor offering a warm, collaborative space where you can reflect on your practice, deepen your relational awareness, and develop your professional identity with confidence. My supervision is grounded in the belief that the relationship we build together is central to learning, growth, and ethical practice.

My aim is to create a supervisory environment that is reflective, relational, and deeply supportive. Hopefully, helping you work with clarity, integrity, and relational depth.

My first session

Our first session is where we contract with one another to create the landscape of our future supervision relationship. it allows us to ensure that we are the right fit, and also that we are clear in our expectations of one another.

About me and my therapy practice

Life doesn't always go quite as planned. Events can happen which  leave us feeling emotionally vulnerable , maybe it's troublesome memories that disrupt our current lives, or we feel overwhelmed about our future. This in turn can impact on relationships, and on our health and wellbeing. It can be helpful to work through these feelings with someone outside of family and friends.

I offer a calm, warm, welcoming space for you to explore some of those feelings and fears, helping you to find your own resources to understand, and eventually control, those unwanted feelings.

As an integrative therapist I am trained in many therapeutic approaches which means that I am able to adapt the therapy to your unique situation.

I work 4 days a week in private practice offering Counselling and Supervision, and on Fridays I lecture on the BA in Integrative Relational Therapy. This, I believe, keeps my knowledge fresh and my skills sharp so my clients can be sure I am always at my best for them.

Practice description

I work in private practice from my home, this can be either face to face or online.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation for you to ask any questions and for me to introduce myself. I strongly believe that therapy works best when we are able to build a relationship of trust and honesty and so this is a really good time for you to get a feel for whether you want to work with me.

If we decide to meet in person I will then talk to you about your desired outcomes and together we can think about the length of time that the therapy may continue. For some people, a short contract of 6 - 12 weeks is appropriate but for others a longer term plan may be more beneficial.

Sessions cost £65 per hour however I also offer several daytime spaces, reserved for NHS staff and the emergency services at a reduced rate. Due to demand, these spaces may not always be available and you may be placed on a waiting list.
