About me and my therapy practice
Clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and integrative practitioners
I am a clinical supervisor in training, currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Supervision at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.
I offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as coaches and other practitioners whose work draws on therapeutic and coaching approaches.
My own practice is integrative and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which can provide an additional lens for our work where helpful and relevant.
Practice description
I offer a reflective and collaborative approach to supervision, providing space to step back from your work, think more deeply about what may be happening, and navigate the complexities of working closely with others.
Together, we might explore client material, the therapeutic relationship, patterns emerging across your work, and your own responses as a practitioner — particularly when something feels challenging, uncertain or charged. There is also space to consider professional judgement, boundaries and ethical decision-making.
I see supervision as both supportive and developmental: a place to recognise and build on your strengths, while also being curious about areas that might benefit from challenge or a different perspective.
My intention is to support you to develop greater clarity, confidence and steadiness in your practice, while finding your own way of working rather than prescribing mine.

About me and my therapy practice
offer an integrative approach that sits at the intersection of coaching and therapy.
I work with thoughtful, capable people who find themselves stuck or not moving forward in the way they expect — often despite insight, effort, and having tried a range of strategies.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting clients to understand and work with the different parts of themselves that shape how they think, feel and respond.
This allows for a different kind of change — one that feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial consultation.
Practice description
I offer a confidential and supportive online space.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of counselling perspectives alongside coaching, and is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Together, we may explore how past experiences continue to shape your thoughts, feelings and responses today — particularly in the moments that feel most important or challenging.
The focus is always on creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change, in a way that feels relevant to your day-to-day life.
