About me and my therapy practice

Reflective supervision for coaches, therapists and integrative practitioners.

I am a clinical supervisor in training, currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.

I offer supervision to coaches, therapists and other practitioners working in relational or people-focused roles, particularly those integrating coaching and therapeutic approaches in their practice.

My approach is collaborative, reflective and grounded in both ethical practice and real-world application. Supervision provides a space to step back from your work, think more clearly about what’s happening within it, and to be supported in navigating the complexity that comes with working closely with others.

Alongside reflecting on client work, we may also explore your internal responses as a practitioner — particularly in more complex or charged situations. This can support greater clarity, confidence and steadiness in your work.

My practice is informed by an integrative perspective and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), where this is helpful and relevant.

Practice description

I offer a reflective, collaborative supervision space for coaches, therapists and other practitioners working in relational or people-focused roles.

My approach is grounded in both ethical practice and the realities of day-to-day work, supporting you to step back, think clearly, and navigate the complexity that comes with working closely with others.

In our work together, we may explore client material, patterns that emerge across your work, and your internal responses as a practitioner — particularly in situations that feel challenging, uncertain or charged. Alongside this, there is space to consider professional judgement, boundaries, and ethical decision-making.

I bring an integrative perspective, drawing on both coaching and therapeutic approaches, and my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) where this is helpful and relevant. This can support a deeper understanding of both your clients and your own responses within the work.

My intention is to offer a space that is supportive, thoughtful and gently challenging — helping you to develop greater clarity, confidence and steadiness in your practice.

I offer a free 30-minute initial session (via Zoom or in person) to discuss what you’d like to achieve and to explain how I work, so we can decide whether we’re the right fit.

To arrange this, please contact me via email.

If we decide to work together, sessions are typically 60 minutes. I work Monday to Friday, with sessions between 9am and 6pm (Fridays until 1pm).

Session frequency is agreed together, although I usually suggest meeting at least bi-weekly to begin with.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer an integrative approach that sits at the intersection of coaching and therapy.

I work with thoughtful, capable people who find themselves stuck or not moving forward in the way they expect — often despite insight, effort, and having tried a range of strategies.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting clients to understand and work with the different parts of themselves that shape how they think, feel and respond.

This allows for a different kind of change — one that feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

For some clients, particularly those who are neurodivergent, this way of working can feel especially powerful.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial consultation.

Practice description

Based just outside Market Harborough, I offer a confidential and supportive space, both in person and online.

My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of counselling perspectives alongside coaching, and is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Together, we may explore how past experiences continue to shape your thoughts, feelings and responses today — particularly in the moments that feel most important or challenging.

The focus is always on creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable change, in a way that feels relevant to your day-to-day life.
