About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors who are looking for a supportive and reflective space to explore their client work and professional development.
My approach to supervision is primarily person-centred, underpinned by the core conditions of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard. I also draw on other theoretical frameworks, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to support integrative thinking and broaden therapeutic perspectives.
All sessions are currently online (video, phone, or text-based chat), offering flexible ways to connect from wherever you are.
Practice description
I view supervision as a collaborative and creative process that enables growth, exploration, and deeper understanding. My supervision practice is informed by Hawkins and Shohet's Seven-Eyed Model, which offers a structured and holistic framework for examining the therapeutic process from multiple perspectives - client, practitioner, supervisory relationship, and wider context.
I aim to offer a safe, compassionate, and enquiring space where supervisees feel encouraged to reflect honestly, develop their strengths, and foster autonomy and creativity in their client work. Whether you're in training or an experienced practitioner, I provide a space that supports your reflective practice, deepens self-awareness, and stay connected to your values as a practitioner.
My first session
The first session will involve me listening to what you would like support with, and to share your thoughts around the supervision process and how we might be able to work together.
Let's connect and see if we're a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
Feeling lost in your thoughts? Heavy-hearted? Wondering where “you” went?
Life can feel heavy at times - whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or struggling to make sense of your feelings. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can breathe, speak freely, and begin to untangle what’s going on inside. My approach is person-centred which means it is led by you, not a checklist; grounded in empathy, honesty, and deep respect for your unique story.
