About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Level 6 Clinical Supervisor. My approach is relaxed and welcoming, creating a safe, open and trusting space where we can explore your client work collaboratively.

I bring an awareness of neurodiversity to my supervision practice, including insight from my own lived experience. This supports a deeper understanding of difference and individual need within client work, as well as offering a space where neurodiverse counsellors and practitioners feel understood, supported and able to reflect openly on both their strengths and any challenges within their practice.

Together, we can look at all aspects of your work, including areas of uncertainty, safeguarding, maintaining professional standards, and ethical practice. I tailor supervision to your individual needs, supporting your professional development, confidence and ethical competence.

I work with qualified and trainee counsellors, as well as wellbeing and mental health support staff. Sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays online, with some face-to-face availability.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation online or by phone to explore our compatibility and answer any questions before starting supervision

About me and my therapy practice

Integrative Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor (BACP Accredited)

I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with a degree in Psychology. My training includes the Person-Centred approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I work within the BACP ethical framework, providing a safe, professional and confidential space for you to talk.

Seeking counselling can feel like a big step and my aim is to offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable exploring whatever may be troubling you. Together we can work at your pace to better understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

I work with, however not limited to, a range of issues including depression, anxiety, work-related stress, interpersonal relationships, postnatal depression, bereavement, abuse, financial worries, redundancy or loss of employment, long-term illness, OCD, trauma around childbirth, menopause, lack of motivation, identity, relationships, and neurodiversity. Drawing on my own neurodiversity, I aim to offer a space where clients feel safe, secure and genuinely understood, particularly those who may have previously felt unheard or misunderstood, or who are coming to terms with a later-life diagnosis

I offer counselling for adults and young adults, with sessions available online, by telephone, or face-to-face on Mondays and Fridays.

Clinical Supervision

As a clinical supervisor, I work with both qualified and trainee counsellors. My supervision practice is informed by the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-Eyed Model, providing a reflective and supportive space to explore all aspects of your work. Together we can consider clinical practice, professional development, areas of uncertainty, and safeguarding responsibilities.
