Registered Psychotherapist MBACP | Online Therapy for Professionals
About me
I am a psychotherapist with over nine years of clinical and organisational experience, including senior charity sector practice. I work online with adults across the UK.
Many of the people I work with look successful from the outside. High achievers, professionals and founders who are quietly exhausted, stuck in patterns of self sabotage, perfectionism or burnout, or carrying grief and old wounds that success never healed. If that is you, you are not broken. You are carrying something that has never had the right space.
My approach is integrative. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment based and cognitive approaches, shaped around you rather than a manual. I hold an MSW, an MBA in Analytics, a PGCert in Supervision and Children and Young People Wellbeing from UCL, and a BA Hons in Integrative Counselling Psychology. I am accredited with BACP and registered with Social Work England.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held online, daytime and evening slots available.
Fees
Clinical supervision, individual: £79 per session
Clinical supervision, group of three, 90 minutes: £50 per person

About me and my therapy practice
Supervision with me is a working space, not a formality. My aim is that you leave each session thinking more clearly about your clients, your decisions and yourself as a practitioner.
I hold a PGCert in Supervision and Children and Young People Wellbeing from UCL, and I supervise as an accredited psychotherapist (MBACP) and registered social worker with over nine years of clinical and organisational experience, including senior practice in a leading mental health charity. That dual background means I am comfortable holding both the therapeutic and the safeguarding dimensions of your work, and the places where they meet.
My approach is integrative and formulation led. We look at the client, the relationship, and what the work is stirring in you, drawing on psychodynamic and attachment thinking alongside practical, ethical decision making. I pay particular attention to the things practitioners often carry alone: doubt, ethical grey areas, safeguarding worries, and the quiet weight of the work. Those belong in supervision, and I make room for them.
You can expect me to be warm, direct and rigorous. I will ask useful questions, offer my thinking openly, and support your development without taking over your judgement.
I offer individual supervision online at £79 per session, and a small online supervision group of three practitioners at £50 per person for 90 minutes. I work with qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and clinical practitioners across the UK, with daytime and evening availability.
The first step is a free introductory call so we can see whether I am the right fit for your practice.
Practice description
Many of the people I work with look successful from the outside. High achievers, professionals and founders who are quietly exhausted, stuck in patterns of self sabotage or perfectionism, or carrying grief and old wounds that success never healed. If that is you, you are not broken. You are carrying something that has never had the right space.
I am a registered psychotherapist (MBACP) and registered social worker with over nine years of clinical and organisational experience, including senior practice in a leading mental health charity. I hold an MSW, a PGCert in Supervision and Children and Young People Wellbeing from UCL, a BA Hons in Integrative Counselling Psychology, and an MBA in Analytics, which shapes a practical, grounded style of therapy.
My approach is integrative. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment based and cognitive approaches, shaped around you rather than a manual. Therapy with me is warm, direct and collaborative. We go at your pace, but we do go somewhere.
I work online with adults across the UK. Sessions are 50 minutes, with daytime and evening slots available. Common reasons people come to me include burnout, self sabotage, perfectionism, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions of faith and identity, which I hold with care and respect whatever your background.
Individual therapy is £95 per session. I also offer clinical supervision to qualified practitioners, individually at £79 or in a small group at £50 per person.
The first step is a free 15 minute introductory call, so you can ask questions and see whether we are a good fit before committing to anything.
My first session
Before anything else, we have a free 15 minute introductory call. This is a relaxed conversation, not a session. You can tell me briefly what brings you to therapy, ask me anything about how I work, and get a feel for whether I am the right fit. There is no obligation to continue afterwards, and I would rather you find the right therapist than simply choose the first one you speak to.
If we decide to work together, your first full session is charged at my standard rate of £95 and lasts 50 minutes. It is a little different from the sessions that follow. We use it to build a picture of you: what has brought you here, what you are carrying, your history, your relationships, and what you want to be different. I will ask more questions than usual, and I will send you a short intake form to complete beforehand so we can spend our time on what matters rather than on paperwork.
By the end of the first session you can expect three things: a sense of being properly heard, my honest initial thinking about our work together, and a clear picture of how we would proceed, including session frequency and what you can expect from me between sessions.
For supervision enquiries, the same free introductory call applies, and the first supervision session includes agreeing a supervision contract together.

Practice description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with nine years of clinical and organisational experience. I hold a Master of Social Work, an MBA in Analytics, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision and Children and Young People's Mental Health and Wellbeing from University College London.
I offer integrative psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of presenting concerns including stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and identity-related challenges. I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural frameworks, tailoring my approach to the individual needs and goals of each client.
My practice is informed by my background in both clinical and organisational settings, which gives me a particular understanding of the pressures faced by professionals, leaders, and high-achieving individuals. I have extensive experience working with clients navigating workplace stress, burnout recovery, and the psychological impact of high-pressure roles.
All sessions are conducted remotely via a secure video platform, making therapy accessible regardless of your location. I work with clients across the United Kingdom and internationally.
I practice in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Supervision is maintained throughout my practice in line with professional requirements.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it is built on a strong therapeutic relationship in which you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.
My first session
The first session is an initial consultation and assessment meeting lasting 50 minutes. It is conducted remotely via a secure video platform at a time agreed in advance.
During this session I will gather relevant background information, including your current presenting concerns, relevant personal and professional history, and any previous experience of therapy or support. I will also explain how I work, the theoretical frameworks I draw on, and what you can expect from our sessions together.
I use an integrative approach informed by person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural frameworks, adapting my practice to the individual needs of each client. Where appropriate I may use structured assessment tools to support the formulation of your presenting concerns and to establish a baseline from which we can track progress over time.
The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the therapeutic process, my qualifications, or how I work. It is important that you feel comfortable and that the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit before we agree to work together ongoing.
At the end of the first session we will discuss whether to proceed, agree on a frequency of sessions, and clarify any practical matters including fees, cancellation policy, and confidentiality.
The first session is charged at the standard session rate. There is no reduced rate for an initial consultation.
All sessions are conducted in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
