About me and my therapy practice
I offer a supportive, collaborative and reflective approach to supervision, grounded in person-centred values and informed by a range of therapeutic perspectives. Practice description

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited person centred counsellor working with individual adults aged 18 and over.
I have a first class BA degree and diploma from Metanoia Institute.
I offer a non-judgemental, authentic, safe, confidential space for you to explore whatever is most concerning you. I will take my lead from you and will be an empathic, engaged and collaborative companion in your exploration of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and personal relationships.
I have experience of working within a university counselling service, a low cost community counselling service and within domestic violence charity. I work to high professional and ethical standards and I am committed to exploring issues of difference and diversity along the way.
