About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced supervisor and enjoy working with both trainee and qualified counsellors.
My approach to supervision is thoughtful, and encouraging. I value what you already bring to your work and my supervision feels safe and respectful.
I am committed to ethical and safe practice and work in line with the requirements of relevant professional and regulatory bodies. Having worked extensively in agency settings, I am familiar with safeguarding, and professional accountability.
I also believe it’s important to acknowledge the impact that therapeutic work can have on us as practitioners. Supervision isn’t just about the client — it’s also about you. I hold your well-being in mind and offer space to reflect on how the work affects you personally and professionally.
Practice description
Integrative Supervision
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, always grounded in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I use a variety of relational supervision models, including the Seven-Eyed Model, following extensive training with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot at CSTD, London.
My first session
Finding the right supervisor matters. I offer a free 40-minute introductory session so you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether we feel like a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
I have a great deal of experience working with people coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship breakdown (including separation and divorce). I support individuals and couples.
The first session is complimentary, giving you a chance to explore whether therapy feels right for you — no pressure, no commitment.
If you’re finding it hard to manage day-to-day, make decisions, or understand what you’re feeling, I can help you get clarity about what’s going on and what you need.
In our sessions, we focus on practical steps: understanding your reactions, improving communication, setting boundaries, and finding ways to protect your well-being. We’ll look at what’s in your control, what isn’t, and how you can respond in ways that feel healthier and more sustainable.
There is no wrong or right way to grieve the death of a relative or friend or feel after the loss of a relationship (divorce or separation) . You may feel shock, or numbness, especially in the early days. Some people feel angry, guilty, or regretful about things said or left unsaid. Anxiety, loneliness, and a sense of emptiness are also common. You might notice sudden mood changes, feeling okay one moment and overwhelmed the next. I have many years of counselling experience and I can help make sense of the way you feel and reach a place of calm.
Sessions for individuals are £50 for an hour
Couple sessions are £80 for an hour

I create a warm, supportive relationship where you can talk things through and get practical support. I'm here to help you shift away from negative thought patterns and build a more positive outlook. Through thoughtful conversation, encouragement, and practical guidance, we’ll work together to find coping strategies that feel right for you.

The first session is complimentary this will give you a chance to determine whether I’m the right fit for you. This session will also provide an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and give you a sense of how I work.
