Supervision sessions are conducted online and I work across UK time zones, with flexibility available for practitioners based internationally. Please get in touch via my website to discuss scheduling and session frequency.
I have no planned leave at this time. I will update this section in advance of any upcoming absence.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a senior counsellor and psychotherapist with over six years' post-qualification experience across private practice, inpatient addictions and trauma, Employee Assistance Programmes, and community mental health settings in the UK and Canada. I hold full accreditation with BACP (MBACP Accred) and a Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society.
I have formal training in clinical supervision (Certificate in Foundations of Clinical Supervision, City University of Seattle) and have provided consultation and developmental support to trainee and early-career counsellors in both community and inpatient settings. I am currently developing a PhD research proposal examining counsellors' experiences of systemic collapse within client contexts, and I bring an active scholarly curiosity to the supervisory relationship.
Practice description
My supervision practice is relational and reflective in orientation. I aim to offer a space that is both supportive and appropriately challenging — one where supervisees feel genuinely held while also being invited to think critically about their work. I draw on a trauma-informed, integrative framework that includes IFS-informed parts work, depth psychology, and psychoeducational approaches, and I have experience supervising practitioners working across a range of presentations including trauma, addictions, dual diagnosis, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions.
All supervision is conducted online via secure video platform.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call before we begin working together. This is an opportunity for you to share a little about what's bringing you to supervision, ask any questions about how I work, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit. There's no obligation to proceed, and I aim to make it a relaxed and straightforward conversation.
If we decide to go ahead, our first full supervision session will focus on understanding your current caseload, your theoretical orientation, and what you're hoping to get from supervision. I may ask some questions about your practice context and any areas of particular focus or concern. I don't use a formal assessment tool, but I do like to take time in the early sessions to establish a collaborative working agreement that feels grounded and genuinely useful to you.

About me and my therapy practice
Life is often marked by change, uncertainty, and the pull to grow. At times, we need support to navigate these shifts, and therapy can offer a steady and reflective space to do so. Simply by arriving here, you’ve already taken an important first step toward understanding what you need.
My work is grounded in a calm, relational, and depth-oriented approach. I listen closely—not only to what is said, but to the patterns, emotions, and meanings that sit beneath your experiences. Together, we explore your inner world at a pace that feels safe and manageable, helping you build clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Being a counsellor is the culmination of both my personal and professional journey. My experiences have left me humbled and deeply grateful for the trust clients place in me. I currently work with individuals across the United Kingdom through secure online sessions, supporting those navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, and moments of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
My intention is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reflect, heal, and move forward with greater understanding and confidence.
Practice description
I hold a Master of Arts (MA) in Counselling Psychology and am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred.). My clinical experience spans inpatient, community, and private practice settings, supporting a wide range of clients across the UK and Canada.
My approach is rooted in depth psychology and psychoanalytic thinking, shaped by ongoing training in Jungian and post-Jungian perspectives, trauma theory, and symbolic work. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centred therapy, cognitive and narrative approaches, and emotion-focused methods to meet clients where they are.
These frameworks allow for a deeper exploration of your inner world—your patterns, beliefs, and relational history—while also offering practical tools for navigating the present. My work aims to help you understand yourself more fully, reconnect with meaning, and move toward lasting psychological change.
