About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience supporting young people and adults across a variety of settings. Alongside my clinical practice, I offer supervision to qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, and other helping professionals seeking a reflective, supportive, and collaborative supervisory relationship.
As an Accredited Member of the BACP, I hold Postgraduate Diplomas in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My approach is relational and integrative, recognising that supervision is most effective when tailored to the individual practitioner, their theoretical orientation, professional context, and stage of development.
My additional training includes creative therapies, Mindfulness, DBT, TA, the Rewind Technique, EFT, EMDR, and CBT-informed menopause support, enabling me to support supervisees working with a wide range of client presentations and therapeutic approaches.
My supervision practice is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet. This integrative framework encourages reflection on client work, relational dynamics, interventions, wider systemic influences, and professional development. I aim to provide a collaborative and reflective space that promotes ethical practice, professional growth, and confidence in clinical decision-making.
From September 2026, I will be teaching on the CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. This role allows for me to supporting the development of future practitioners and brings additional insight into the challenges, learning needs, and professional growth of trainee counsellors.
Whether you are a trainee counsellor, newly qualified practitioner, or experienced therapist, I strive to offer a safe, constructive, and collaborative space where learning, curiosity, and professional growth can flourish.
Practice description
I offer both online and in-person supervision sessions, arranged monthly or fortnightly depending on individual needs, professional requirements, and preferences.
My approach to supervision is person-centred, relational, and tailored to each supervisee, recognising that every practitioner brings their own unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and way of working. I believe that a collaborative supervisory relationship provides the foundation for meaningful reflection, professional growth, and ethical practice.
I work with supervisees supporting clients across a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, trauma, bereavement, menopause, and other life transitions. Drawing on my integrative background, I welcome practitioners from a variety of theoretical orientations and practice settings.
Supervision sessions are typically 90 minutes in duration. Shorter, more frequent sessions may be recommended for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists, and we can discuss together the most effective arrangement to support your learning and development.
My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where supervisees feel supported to explore their client work openly, reflect on ethical and professional considerations, develop clinical confidence, and enhance self-awareness. Alongside case discussion, I encourage reflection on the therapeutic relationship, practitioner wellbeing, resilience, and professional identity.
My supervision practice adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework, promoting safe, ethical, and effective practice while supporting supervisees to develop greater confidence, autonomy, and competence in their work.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory call, either online or by telephone, to give us the opportunity to explore your supervision needs and whether working together feels like the right fit. Choosing a supervisor is an important professional decision, and I believe it is essential that supervisees feel comfortable, supported, and appropriately challenged within the supervisory relationship.
This initial conversation provides space to discuss your practice, experience, professional goals, and any questions you may have about my approach to supervision. Should you decide to move forward, I will send you a supervision contact to complete before our first session so that we can begin our work together in a thoughtful and informed way.

About me and my therapy practice
I work as an Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, offering counselling and psychotherapy to young people and adults. As an Accredited Member of the BACP, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, talking and creative therapies, adapting my work to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you as an individual. I also have specialist training in supporting the emotional and psychological aspects of menopause through a CBT‑informed lens.
Creativity and flexibility are central to my work. I integrate mindfulness, creative methods, and clients’ personal interests into therapy where helpful, supporting each person in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change. I believe therapy is most effective when we work together — supporting each individual’s journey toward greater self‑awareness, independence, and autonomy.
