About me and my therapy practice
Supervision shouldn’t simply be a grey audit or a giving of wisdom from on-high, a chore to be endured. At its best it should be, like therapy itself, a restorative and celebratory practice in which you have the chance to explore and build your identity as a therapist alongside a supervisor who brings colour and humanity to the relationship and helps you do the same in your client work. As your supervisor, I offer you room, with a peer, to reflect, experiment, and feel held.
I am happy to share my own experiences and the lessons I have learned with you, but it’s not (and shouldn’t be) my job to turn you into a clone of me, or to insist you practice the same way as I do. Instead, my goal is always to help you find your own path and own ways of meeting your clients, looking after yourself, and maintain your well-being and the ethics of your work.
Whether you’re a trainee or a seasoned professional counsellor, therapist, or psychotherapist, I offer a relationship in which you can explore, puzzle through challenges with my support, and celebrate the relationships and successes you accomplish with your clients.
I am pleased to offer 30, 60, and 90 minute supervision sessions by phone and Zoom video call, and a 20 minute free consultation in advance of beginning work with me to ensure we’re a good fit. I also offer concessionary rates for student counsellors and psychotherapists.
Please note that I work exclusively remotely, and supervision sessions are offered via phone or video call only.

About me and my therapy practice
Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected — from yourself, from others, or from the life you hoped to lead? You could be facing challenges like anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, loss, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever you’re up against, you don’t have to struggle alone.
Therapy with me offers a space for you to talk openly, and work through what’s hardest, without judgment. Here, you’ll be respected as a whole person, not seen as a puzzle to be solved.
What you can expect
- A respectful, supportive relationship founded on mutual respect, warmth, and genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters most to you.
- I value your lived experience, choices, and how you make meaning in your world. Therapy with me is tailored to your individual perspective, not based on labels or rigid categories.
- Understanding and expertise: I support clients with a wide range of issues—including anxiety, sadness, anger, family challenges, coming to terms with trauma or abuse, bereavement, addictions, phobias, and self-esteem struggles. I value your uniqueness.
- My role is to be alongside you, offering clarity and support as you explore, reflect, and make choices.
- Transparent, fair fees. Daytime appointments £49, evening sessions £54, and there’s a £39 concession rate. Sessions are full hour length, not 50 minutes.
- I offer lunch time sessions on Thursdays & Fridays, and evening sessions every working day.
Taking that first step can feel daunting, but you deserve support and understanding. If you’re ready to find out more or book a consultation, please visit https://ewtherapy.uk
