About me and my therapy practice
BACP Accredited Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor
Warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth supervision for therapists working with individuals, couples and teenagers. I offer a supportive space where you can bring challenging work, explore your practice honestly, develop your clinical thinking and build confidence — with both compassion and constructive challenge.
Practice description
My approach is strongly relational and integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and systemic thinking. I’m interested not only in what is happening for your client, but also in what is happening for you as the therapist, within the therapeutic relationship, and in our work together.
My supervision is underpinned by the seven-eyed model, which offers a flexible and holistic way of exploring the different layers of therapeutic work. I have a particular interest in sub-personality and parts work, and enjoy using intuitive, creative and embodied approaches to help make sense of experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
I believe supervision should be a place where you can bring challenges without fear of judgement — whether you’re feeling stuck with a client, navigating complexity, questioning your therapeutic approach, or simply wanting to develop your practice further. I’ll encourage curiosity, reflection, and honest exploration, while also offering appropriate challenge and clinical thinking.
I work collaboratively and value the experience, knowledge, and perspective that you bring as a therapist. I aim to support you in thinking more deeply about your work, whether you are developing confidence as a trainee, or refining and evolving an established practice.
I offer a free initial conversation so we can get a sense of each other and decide whether we feel like a good fit.
Clinical supervision: £60 per hour | £80 for 1.5 hours
Discounted rate available for trainee counsellors.
If you’re looking for supervision that combines warmth and humour with honest reflection, clinical depth and a willingness to explore beneath the surface, I’d be very happy to hear from you.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel difficult, and it can help to have someone alongside you while you work out what is happening and what you want to change. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, understand yourself and your relationships, and find a way forward. I work collaboratively, with warmth, curiosity and honesty. I won’t tell you what you to do, or give you a list of things to fix, but I may offer alternative perspectives and gentle challenge when helpful.
I have a particular interest in relationship difficulties, including separation/divorce, affairs, controlling or abusive relationships, stepfamily issues and parenting. As a Relate-trained, CPCAB Level 5 qualified relational counsellor, I’m interested in how our relationships shape us and how we can develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to ourselves and others.
I also work extensively with life transitions and times of significant change, including adolescence, university, parenthood, menopause, later life, and bereavement. These periods can bring questions about identity, meaning, purpose and where we fit in the world. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of these changes and find a way forward.
My approach is relational and integrative. I believe the quality of our relationships has a profound effect on our wellbeing — our relationship with ourselves, our partners and families, and our wider connections with others.
I have extensive experience working within the educational sector and particularly enjoy supporting teenagers and young adults as they explore who they are, where they belong and what they want from life. I can also help young people make sense of anxiety, build confidence and develop stronger understanding of themselves.
Whether you are struggling with a particular situation, navigating a major life change, or simply feel that something needs to change, I offer a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening and explore what might come next.
Practice description
I am a qualified and fully insured professional therapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I hold a Certificate in Integrative Counselling (Level 3), an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Level 4), and a Post-Qualifying Certificate in Relational Counselling (Level 5, Relate). I also hold a British Menopause Society qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for menopause symptoms, giving me additional training in using menopause-specific CBT approaches to support women experiencing symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, sleep difficulties, anxiety and low mood.
I regularly attend workshops, seminars and other training as part of my continuing professional development, which is at the heart of my practice. I am trauma-informed and I am also an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapist. I draw on these approaches where they are helpful, using them alongside my integrative and relational approach to help clients develop a greater understanding and acceptance of themselves and the different parts of their experience.
Alongside my private practice, I provide therapeutic support for local charities, working with clients experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I also provide bereavement support for a national charitable organisation and currently support patients and families affected by cancer through diagnosis and treatment.
My first session
My fee is £60 for a 60 minute individual counselling session.
I believe therapy should be accessible, so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for students and people on a low income or receiving benefits. Please get in touch if this would make therapy more affordable for you.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone or Zoom consultation before we begin. This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you.
