About me and my therapy practice
I am a trainee clinical supervisor offering a reflective, supportive and collaborative space for therapists seeking supervision as part of their professional development. I am currently completing a level 7 qualification in Clinical Supervision at The University of Derby, therefore I am offering a reduced rate of supervision until January 2027.
My supervisory practice is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM). The Seven-Eyed Model provides a relational framework for exploring the client, therapist, therapeutic relationship and wider systemic influences, while the IDM enables me to tailor supervision to your stage of professional development, recognising that your learning needs will evolve with experience.
Grounded in person-centred values and informed by integrative psychotherapy, I draw on humanistic and analytical perspectives, including attachment theory, transference, countertransference, projection and object relations. I aim to provide a collaborative, reflective and psychologically safe supervisory space where you can develop confidence, deepen your clinical understanding and enhance your therapeutic practice.
I welcome supervisees at different stages of their professional journey: trainee counsellors and psychotherapists; newly qualified practitioners and experienced therapists.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor. I believe that meaningful therapeutic change begins with a safe, trusting relationship. My aim is to provide a warm, empathetic and psychologically safe space where you feel able to speak openly, explore your experiences and be heard without judgement.
Working together, I will listen with care, empathy and curiosity, paying close attention to both your words and the feelings beneath them. Through thoughtful reflection, I can help you gain new perspectives, deepen your self-awareness and better understand the challenges you are facing.
My practice is grounded in person-centred psychotherapy and informed by an integrative approach, combining humanistic and analytical psychotherapy. This enables me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, exploring both your present experiences and the deeper relational patterns that may be influencing your life today. Throughout our work, the therapeutic relationship remains at the heart of the process, providing a collaborative, authentic and empathetic space for insight, healing and change.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change. We will work together at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on your individual goals and supporting you to build resilience, develop self-understanding, and move towards a more fulfilling, balanced and connected life.
