As a certified person-centered counsellor and counselling tutor, I bring a wealth of experience in supporting individuals who have dealt with narcissistic/toxic abuse, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, attachment struggles, grief, low self-esteem, self-harm, relationship challenges, and confidence issues. I understand the deep pain of feeling misunderstood and unseen.

Clients attend my practice with feelings of low confidence, self-doubt, self-harm, panic attacks, bereavement and to resolve family issues or relationship difficulties and clients have contacted me have said:

I can help you reduce your anxiety, to become more independent and to feel in in control again! I am here for you and to walk beside you in our journey together and guide you to find your own way.

When working with children within my practice i offer a space where they can access a range of creative resources which enables and helps them to be able to express and understand their feelings and to help them feel comfortable.

Choosing the right counsellor is a crucial decision, which is why I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation. 

This allows you the chance to connect with me, ask any questions you may have, and gauge if we would be a good fit for working together. 

Subsequent sessions will be of 50 minutes, giving us ample time to delve into your concerns and work towards your healing and growth.

My fees are £55 for 50 mins 1:1 ,£80 for family therapy and £80 for couples.
