I am an experienced psychotherapist, psychosexual and couples therapist, and clinical supervisor based in South Kensington. I support individuals and couples in navigating a wide range of personal and relationship challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked at Homerton University Hospital (NHS Foundation Trust) in the Cliveden Centre, specialising in sexual dysfunctions, STIs, living with HIV, sexual trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have also worked on the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward at UCLH Queen Square for two years.

My training spans five years at WPF, LDPRT, and the Institute of Psychoanalysis, with further courses at the BPF and BPA. Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in luxury PR and Communications.

My core training as a psychotherapist in private practice allows for the cultivation of a space where clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The autonomy of private practice allows for the flexibility to tailor therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each client, fostering a collaborative and individualised approach. I also provide clinical supervision to fellow practitioners.

About me and my therapy practice

I work in a collaborative, individualised way that draws on my psychodynamic foundation while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs. In private practice I create a safe, reflective space in which individuals and couples can explore thoughts, feelings, relationship patterns and sexual difficulties at their own pace—whether through open-ended therapy or more focused, time-limited work. My psychosexual and relationship training informs a sensitive approach to intimacy, desire, trauma and the impact of physical health (including STIs and living with HIV). I integrate insights from group analysis, Jungian thinking and contemporary neuroscience where helpful, always prioritising the therapeutic relationship and the client’s autonomy. As a clinical supervisor I also offer the same thoughtful, containing stance to fellow practitioners.

Practice description

In my South Kensington practice I offer a calm, confidential space for individuals and couples to explore personal, relational and psychosexual difficulties at a pace that feels right for them. Drawing on extensive psychodynamic, psychosexual and relationship training, I work collaboratively and flexibly—whether you are seeking open-ended therapy or a more focused, time-limited approach. You can expect a thoughtful, non-judgemental relationship in which we attend carefully to your thoughts, feelings, patterns of relating, intimacy and any impact of trauma or physical health concerns. My experience in both private practice and specialist NHS settings (including sexual health and neurological rehabilitation) informs a sensitive, individualised way of working that respects your autonomy and unique circumstances. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow practitioners.

My core training as a psychotherapist in private practice allows for an intimate setting that allows me to cultivate a trusting and confidential space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

As a psychosexual psychotherapist, I guide individuals through the therapeutic process, helping them explore and navigate their unique challenges related to sexuality and relationships. Whether it involves concerns about intimacy, sexual dysfunction, or communication breakdowns, I am dedicated to providing a supportive space for individuals to openly address and work through these issues.
