About me and my therapy practice
My training has incorporated research into several models of supervision, with the primary modality of my work being the Seven Eyed Model. This is a humanistic/integrative model of supervision, which is widely used in supervisory practice in many different employment sectors.
Practice description
I work from my home based private practice (separate building from main house), offering a private, comfortable and confidential space.
My first session
Our first session will offer us the opportunity to explore the suitability, and compatibility, within the supervisor/counselling relationship. I would ask that you have some understanding or expectation of what you would like from supervision in order for the focus of the sessions to be the most beneficial for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor (CBT/Psychoanalytic/Person Centred), driven by client focussed work.
The length of time working together and the frequency of sessions is guided by the presenting needs, and beneficial outcomes for the client.
Reviews are undertaken regularly to ensure that progress is being made and the presenting concerns are being addressed.
Practice description
I have a private practice, offering a comfortable and confidential space for clients to explore and address issues that are having a significant impact on their mental health and well-being.
My first session
An assessment of clients presenting mental health is completed (GAD7/PHQ9 if required) to ensure that any work conducted is appropriate to the clients needs. A contract between myself and the client will be discussed, allowing a clear plan of progression to be established from the outset.
