“I work Monday to Friday and provide services online. I am a trained supervisor with experience supporting individuals in a professional context. My working hours are consistent during weekdays, allowing for regular and reliable appointments. I am available to discuss scheduling needs and can offer flexibility where possible. If I plan to take any time off in the future, I will communicate this in advance to ensure continuity of service and minimal disruption. Please feel free to get in touch to confirm my current availability or to arrange a suitable time for a session.”

About me and my therapy practice

*“I offer supervision to practitioners from a wide range of therapeutic disciplines. Before starting, I invite an initial email or telephone conversation to consider the suitability of the supervisory relationship and to ensure alignment between your needs and my areas of experience. I work online and maintain consistent availability during weekdays, aiming to provide a reliable and containing professional space.

My supervisory approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, with particular attention to the concept of parallel process. This refers to the ways in which unconscious dynamics within the therapist–client relationship may be reflected and enacted within the supervisory relationship. Such processes may emerge across cognitive, emotional, psychological, somatic, or relational domains, becoming apparent either early in the work or unfolding more gradually over time.

I do not regard parallel process as something to be avoided. Rather, I understand it as an inevitable and potentially valuable aspect of therapeutic and supervisory work. When these dynamics are recognised, thoughtfully contained, and collaboratively explored, they can deepen understanding, enhance reflective capacity, and support more effective clinical practice. My aim is to foster a reflective, supportive, and ethically grounded supervisory space in which these processes can be safely examined and integrated into ongoing therapeutic work.”*

Practice description

*With over 500 hours of supervisory experience, I offer psychodynamic supervision that emphasizes exploration, insight, and professional growth. My practice supports practitioners from all therapeutic disciplines, providing a reflective space where challenges, successes, and unconscious dynamics can be openly examined.

In supervision, I focus on understanding the interactions between therapist and client, including how these may be mirrored in the supervisory relationship. I encourage supervisees to notice patterns in thinking, feeling, and relating, fostering awareness that can be applied directly to clinical practice. Parallel processes are approached as opportunities for learning rather than obstacles, helping supervisees deepen their self-understanding and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

I offer online supervision with flexible scheduling throughout the week, allowing for consistent and accessible support. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each supervisee’s needs, balancing guidance with space for independent reflection. By drawing on extensive experience, I aim to create a professional environment where learning is safe, structured, and personally meaningful, enabling supervisees to build confidence and competence in their work.*

My first session

*Your first session with me is designed to feel welcoming, safe, and collaborative. We begin with a brief email or phone conversation to get to know each other, discuss your background, therapeutic orientation, and what you hope to gain from supervision. This ensures that our work together is tailored to your needs and that we are a good fit.

In the first session itself, we focus on understanding your goals, current challenges, and areas where you’d like support. We also discuss practical arrangements such as session length, frequency, and online logistics, so you know exactly what to expect. I aim to create a reflective space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, reactions, and questions without judgment.

A central part of our work may involve noticing parallel processes—how dynamics in the therapeutic relationship might appear in supervision—and exploring them together. These moments are treated as opportunities for insight and growth rather than obstacles, helping you deepen self-awareness and strengthen your clinical practice.

By the end of the first session, you will have a clear sense of how supervision will proceed, and together we will establish a supportive, structured, and collaborative environment. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about engaging in the supervisory process, ready to explore your practice in a way that is meaningful, reflective, and personally enriching.*

About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist working with Individuals & Couples from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. I aim to support them on the journey of self-awareness & healing in a safe, confidential space. I follow an integrative approach toward psychotherapy that draws on principles from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic traditions. I am interested in the psyche as a body-mind process and view the therapeutic relationship as a container for exploring this process between the therapist and client. The intention is to work towards creating a space of healing and transformation.

I am trained in EFT and use that when working with couples. I charge £95 for a sixty minutes session.
