About me and my therapy practice
I am a relational, integrative supervisor with a psychodynamic core, offering both 1:1 and group supervision to practitioners at different stages of their professional journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that supervision is a collaborative, reflective space that supports both you and your work with clients.
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that is containing, thoughtful and responsive to your individual needs. This means flexing between support, gentle challenge and deeper exploration, depending on where you are in your practice. Whether you are looking to develop clinical insight, reflect on the therapeutic relationship, or think through ethical and professional dilemmas, I will work alongside you to strengthen your confidence, clarity and agency as a practitioner.
With a psychodynamic lens at the core of my work, I support exploration of unconscious processes, relational dynamics and patterns that may emerge within client work, as well as within the supervisory relationship itself. Alongside this, my integrative stance allows space to draw from different modalities in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to you.
An important part of my supervision practice is attending to intersectionality. I actively support the naming and exploration of difference, identity and power, and how these shape both the therapeutic and supervisory spaces. I aim to offer a reflective lens on these dynamics, helping you consider their impact on your clients, your practice and yourself as a practitioner
My first session
The first supervision session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe, open and collaborative working relationship. We will explore your stage of professional development, your current practice and what you are hoping to gain from supervision, so the space can be shaped around your needs.
I aim to create an environment that feels curious, supportive and non-judgemental, where you can speak freely about your work, questions and uncertainties. Together, we will begin a collaborative contracting process, clarifying expectations, boundaries and how we will work together in a way that best supports you and your clients.
In group supervision, this process also includes attending to the needs of the group as a whole. We will consider shared agreements, confidentiality and how to create a respectful, reflective space where each member can contribute, feel heard and learn from one another.

About me and my therapy practice
Therapy can provide you with vital things like a confidential witness on your journey of self-discovery. As relational beings, therapy allows us an opportunity to have a deeper relationship with someone. A relationship that can help replicate deeper ones elsewhere in your life. I believe part of my role as a therapist is to facilitate this space for my clients.
I work with clients both in the long term and the short term. I class long-term contracts as 6+ months while considering short-term contracts to be any number of sessions that takes place over a period that is less than 6 months. In your initial consultation, one of our discussion points will be how long you would like to be in therapy for.
I am experienced in working with adults and young people as a therapist. And have also spent many years working within the charity sector to provide support to young people and vulnerable adults.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw on various therapeutic techniques in order to meet you wherever you may be. The core modality of my practice is psychodynamic, underpinning my work and helping to support me in creating a relationship where underlying unconscious issues that may prevent you from thoroughly enjoying your life can be explored and brought into your awareness.
My goal as your therapist is to help you understand yourself better. I do this by shedding light on things that may be out of your awareness, supporting you in unravelling and making sense of any difficulties and working with you to discover your path to wellness.
My first session
I treat the first session as an initial consultation. One of the main aims of this session is for me to get a better sense of you and how I may be able to support you. These sessions also allow you to get a sense of me as a therapist so that you can make a more informed decision on if you feel like I am the right therapist for you.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
