About me and my therapy practice
I offer online therapy sessions, of 50 minutes. I am a pluralistic counsellor and supervisor. This means that I am not tied to one version of therapy and work alongside you to find a path forward that feels supportive. We look at inherent patterns in your thoughts and relationships, childhood experinces and how they are impacting on your world, relationships and how you navigate them, your world view and how it makes you feel, emotions, psychology, neurodiveristy, greif, hopelessness, parenting.... Some clients may want to work to specific practical goals to create change and others may want a space to think, feel and explore in a supported environmetn and without judgement.
Practice description
I offer a warm, compassionate humansitic approach to therapy an can draw fom a number of diffferent therapetuic approaches to support your needs. I like to create the space to have meaningful converstions where we can explore what is going on for you, and reflect on ways to think, feel and navigate that feel supportive. I am also a yoga teacher, and someone who likes to walk dogs, stare at the sea, play loud music in the kitchen and nerd out on all things therapy. I have 5 years expereince working in the third sector and have worked with a wide range of issues.
My first session
We can speak over the phone or a short 20 min call to see if this feels like a good fit you. Thereafter sessions are £80ph, however there may be payment options, and concessions for those who are eligible, which I am happy to discuss. Details to be confirmed on website upcoming.
