I work daytime only, Tuesday to Friday, in-person in central Reading and online. 

I am offering low-cost supervision as part of my supervision training with CICS. I can supervise work with individuals, adolescents, couples and people in significant relationships. This can be main supervision or in adjunct to other supervision. I have 15 years experience as a therapist myself, and my experience includes working for the MET Police, the University of Reading, 2 NHS Trusts, a school, the Maudsley Institute and in private practice. I am a Tutor at the University of Oxford and an EMDR practitioner. 

In a first supervision I would like to know what you would like to get from supervision, your previous experience of supervision, what has worked, what hadn't, any questions you might have for me and so on. 

I offer in-person and online sessions 10am-5pm Tuesday to Thursday, and online sessions 10am-4pm on Fridays

I offer 1-1 therapy and relationship therapy (for couples, family members, business partners, polycules, triads, friends etc.), both online and in-person. I have over 13 years experience of supporting people with issues such anxiety, depression, relationship problems, social anxiety, sex and sexuality, work stress amongst others. I am also an EMDR practitioner and am trained in Mindfulness and Trauma-Focused CBT.

I work in a centrally located, sun-filled and private space in central Reading, Tuesdays to Thursdays, and online on Fridays. Currently I offer sessions between 10am and 5pm and use a number of different platforms including Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp or FaceTime. 

A first session is an opportunity for us to meet, to discuss together what brings you to therapy, and think together of how therapy can be of use to you. You can ask me any questions you like, and you do not have to book further sessions beyond it. It will also give you a sense of how I work and how all of this feels to you. One of the function of therapy to support you in becoming more attuned to your intuition and choosing a therapy setting for yourself can be part of this.
