I am available on Wednesday for online supervision sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainee therapists working across a range of settings, including private practice, the NHS and other healthcare and community services.
I hold a BACP-recognised Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Supervision. My approach is integrative, collaborative and reflective. I aim to create a supervisory relationship where you feel able to explore your work openly, think critically about your practice and develop confidence in your clinical judgement.
My clinical work in mental health has shaped a biopsychosocial perspective. I encourage reflection on the psychological, social and biological factors that influence our clients' experiences, while also considering the wider systems that affect both clients and practitioners.
I value anti-oppressive and inclusive practice. I welcome conversations about culture, identity, power and difference, and how these shape the therapeutic relationship and the supervisory process. I see supervision as a space for ethical reflection, professional growth and genuine curiosity, where support and thoughtful challenge help you continue to develop as a practitioner.
Practice description
I provide online supervision for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and trainee therapists. I work with practitioners from different therapeutic modalities and adapt supervision to your way of working, level of experience and professional context.
Supervision offers a dedicated space to reflect on client work, develop clinical formulations, consider risk, explore ethical dilemmas and strengthen therapeutic relationships. We can also think together about boundaries, self awareness, diversity and difference, and the emotional impact of the work.
Whether you are establishing your practice, working with complex presentations or looking for an experienced reflective space, I aim to provide supervision that feels supportive, collaborative and professionally engaging.
Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online. We can agree on regular supervision or work more flexibly, depending on your practice and professional requirements.
My first session
Our first session gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and explore your supervision needs. We will discuss your current practice, the settings you work in, the types of clients you see, and any areas where you would like more support, reflection or challenge.
We will also consider your hopes for supervision, agree how we will work together, and discuss practical arrangements such as frequency, contracting and record keeping. This session helps us establish a supervisory relationship that supports your clinical practice, professional development and ethical decision making.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).
I hold a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and have solid experience working in clinical settings within NHS mental health services. I also have a background in arts and value creativity.
I approach counselling with a holistic mindset and believe an accepting connection between body and mind is essential for our wellbeing. I am an integrative practitioner which means I recognise that everybody has different therapeutic needs; this is why I actively listen to you and aim for us to co-create an approach that works for you and your goals.
This might mean resourcing your psycho-education better to understand your emotions and reactions to life events, using psychodynamic principles to investigate how past events affect your current relationships, or using CBT and DBT tools to stimulate change.
I grew up in a multicultural family setting and moved to London as an adult, I am drawn to exploring what makes up our personal and collective identities. In the context of generational family migrations, I am passionate about autonomy, resourcefulness and resilience.
Some of my areas of expertise are:
Sexuality
Gender Identity
Childhood trauma
Cultural Identity
Depression and Anxiety
Emotional dysregulation
Loss
Life transitions
Relationships and dating
Guilt and Shame
Coping with societal expectations
As a registered member of the BACP, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to its Professional Conduct Procedures.

Counselling or psychotherapy?
Both of these terms can be used interchangeably to describe the creative process of increasing self-awareness and stimulating change that we will undertake together.
WHAT IS THERAPY LIKE?
During the sessions, you can expect to explore both your current challenges and how past experiences impact your daily life; with the ultimate aim to strengthen your sense of self and build a life that nurtures your needs for enjoyment, achievement and connection. We will delve into your inner world collaboratively with empathic regard for your culture and beliefs.
You might feel nervous or vulnerable at the idea of sharing your personal experience with a new therapist; you might also worry about the stigma of accessing support. This is why we spend time building a warm therapeutic relationship that fosters safety and trust.
The information you share with me during the sessions is confidential unless you are a risk to yourself or someone else. In these cases, I would always endeavour to discuss the need to breach confidentiality with you before taking action.
My first session
The first session will be used as an assessment and a space to discuss further the modalities of our working agreement.
Sessions usually take place weekly and last 50 minutes. Depending on your needs and resources we can agree on a set number of sessions or work on an open-ended basis.
