About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative, creatively trained counsellor and have also completed specialist training in working with children and young people. I offer clinical supervision based on the Seven Eyed Model, supporting reflective, ethical, and relational practice.
My Approach to Supervision
At the heart of my supervision practice is the relationship. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and psychologically safe environment where supervisees can bring their full selves into the space.
Supervision is a collaborative process, offering space to reflect, develop, and feel held in the complexities of therapeutic and professional work.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I’m Danielle.
I am an Integrative trained counsellor, with experience in trauma, particularly childhood trauma, wider family issues, addiction, anxiety and depression. By using a variety of therapeutic approaches and theories together we can tailor the therapy specifically to your individual need. I work with both young people and adults aged 11 and above.
Together we can create a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore and use various techniques to help you, the client, make sense of your world. Our therapeutic relationship aims to enable you to experience a genuine and caring relationship with me, where you can reach a deeper level of understanding about who you are, as well as the experiences and relationships you have. Counselling can help you gain an understanding of why you feel and respond the way you do, give you tools to manage things differently and empower you to find your way to have the life you want.
As well as talking therapy we can incorporate play, art and creativity within the therapeutic space to support self-expression and make sense of feelings and behaviours no matter your age and background. I have experience in working with concerns around attachment, developmental trauma, addiction, mental health concerns and neurodiversity including ADHD.
I also have experience working with those with addiction, specifically those in the construction industry and those who support them. Those who have experienced childhood trauma and those with brain injuries.
