I aim to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule, supported by structured booking systems to ensure clarity and ease of planning for both myself and my supervisees.
If you are interested in working together, please feel free to get in touch to discuss current availability.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach to supervision is collaborative and co-creative, working alongside supervisees to support their professional and personal development at a pace and direction that feels right for them. I aim to create a reflective, containing and supportive space where supervisees can explore their clinical work, develop confidence and deepen their therapeutic identity.
I draw on an integrative framework, informed by my background in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, person-centred practice and Transactional Analysis. This allows space for both verbal reflection and awareness of embodied process, supporting supervisees to think about what may be communicated beyond words within the therapeutic relationship.
I have a particular interest in the non-verbal and relational dynamics present in client work, including unconscious processes, attachment patterns and somatic experience. Where appropriate, I support supervisees to develop awareness of these elements and how they may inform understanding, intervention and ethical decision making.
Alongside clinical reflection, I support supervisees in working safely and ethically within their practice. This includes consideration of safeguarding, risk, professional boundaries and organisational contexts, drawing on my experience within NHS and third sector services, including leadership and management roles.
I aim to offer a balance of support and gentle challenge, encouraging curiosity, reflexivity and growth. My intention is to support supervisees to feel resourced, confident and able to work in a way that is both ethically grounded and authentic to their own developing style.
Practice description
I offer clinical supervision in a supportive and thoughtfully structured environment, based in Liverpool city centre and online. My practice is grounded in creating a space where supervisees feel safe to reflect openly on their work, while also being encouraged to grow, question and develop their professional identity.
My background is in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, alongside advanced training in Transactional Analysis, and I work integratively across these models. This means I value both verbal reflection and embodied awareness, supporting supervisees to explore not only what is being said in the therapy room, but also what may be communicated through relational and non-verbal processes.
I have extensive experience working within NHS-funded and third sector services, including trauma services, crisis response and work with refugees and asylum seekers. Alongside my clinical work, I have held senior and management roles, which allows me to support supervisees in navigating organisational systems, risk, safeguarding and professional responsibilities.
Supervision with me may include exploration of clinical material, ethical considerations, use of self, and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner. I aim to balance support with gentle challenge, helping you to build confidence, clarity and resilience in your practice.
I welcome supervisees from a range of backgrounds, including those in training and qualified practitioners, particularly those interested in integrative, relational and somatically-informed ways of working.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory conversation, which can take place via phone, video call or in person. This provides an opportunity for us to briefly discuss your needs, ask any initial questions and consider whether we feel a good fit for working together.
Some supervisees prefer to move directly into a full supervision session, which I am also happy to accommodate. In this case, the first session will include time to explore your current practice, previous supervision experience, areas of focus and any expectations you may have of the supervisory relationship.
For supervisees who are in training or working towards accreditation, I ask that you include this in your initial enquiry. This allows me to ensure that I can meet the specific requirements of your course, professional body or accreditation pathway.
The first full session will also include an initial contracting process. This may cover practical arrangements, confidentiality, safeguarding, record keeping, and how we will work together. Where relevant, we may also explore your current caseload and any immediate support needs.
My aim is to ensure that from the outset you feel clear, supported and able to make an informed decision about whether ongoing supervision with me feels right for you.

I currently run my private practice between Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to my last hour slot starting at 18:30.
About me and my therapy practice
My therapeutic work is based on the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and bodies are deeply connected. Many people come to therapy knowing something feels difficult or out of balance, but without a clear understanding of why. I offer a gentle, supportive space to explore both conscious experiences and those held beneath awareness, helping you make sense of what is happening and move towards meaningful change.
My psychotherapy practice is informed by the Kestenberg Movement Profile (KMP), a developmental psychology approach that focuses on movement and bodily patterns. This means I pay attention not only to words, but also to how the body communicates through posture, breathing, tension, or soothing gestures. When appropriate, I may gently reflect these observations, as they can offer insight into emotions or experiences that have not yet found words, particularly when clients feel stuck or overwhelmed.
Alongside this somatic awareness, I draw from Transactional Analysis (TA), a practical and accessible model for understanding relationships, communication patterns, and beliefs about self that may have developed earlier in life. TA supports greater awareness and choice, helping clients make changes that better support their wellbeing.
My counselling work is grounded in a person-centered approach. I aim to offer a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, providing attentive listening and empathy. You are invited to explore what feels important at your own pace.
Somatic practice, informed by my background in movement and dance, also plays an important role. When appropriate and always with consent, body awareness can support the exploration of early or deeply held experiences, including trauma. All work is collaborative and guided by what feels safe and manageable for you.
Practice description
My practice offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore emotional, relational, and bodily experiences at their own pace. I work with adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Sessions are collaborative and led by what feels most important to you. I draw from a person-centred approach, offering attentive listening, empathy, and respect, so that you feel safe and accepted in the therapeutic relationship. Many clients find that having this steady and containing space allows them to reflect more clearly and begin to make sense of their difficulties.
My work integrates talking therapy with somatic awareness, recognising that experiences are often held in the body as well as the mind. I am informed by the Kestenberg Movement Profile (KMP), which supports awareness of posture, breathing, tension, and soothing patterns. When appropriate, I may gently invite reflection on these bodily responses, as they can offer insight into emotions or experiences that are not yet fully conscious.
I also draw from Transactional Analysis (TA), a practical psychological model that helps explore relationship patterns, communication styles, and beliefs about self that may have developed earlier in life. This can support greater awareness, choice, and understanding in both personal and relational contexts.
Somatic practices such as gentle body awareness or reflection may be included when appropriate and always with consent. These approaches can support emotional regulation, recovery from stress, and the exploration of early or deeply held experiences, including trauma.
I offer therapy by working co-creatively with clients, within the time frame they need. Sessions are guided by what feels safe, manageable, and supportive, with the aim of increasing self-awareness, connection, and wellbeing.
My first session
I offer two ways of initiating the work with my clients,
1st - To offer a free 30 minuet introduction session. This is not a therapy session but more to be able to both get a sense of each other and the space.
2nd - Some client want to have a quick 5-10 minuet phone call and go straight into a 60 minuet therapy session.
