As a trained supervisor, I provide a collaborative and reflective space for therapists at all stages of their careers. Whether you’re newly qualified, building your practice, or an experienced professional seeking a fresh perspective, I tailor supervision to meet your unique needs.

My approach is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which enables us to explore various aspects of your work, including client dynamics, therapeutic interventions, and your professional and personal development. With a core foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and additional integration of person-centred and attachment theories, I bring a comprehensive and adaptable approach to supervision.
