Availability
I currently have some availability for new supervisees online, with daytime appointments available Monday to Thursday.
If you are looking for supervision and would like to explore working together, please feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to have an initial conversation about what you are looking for from supervision and whether we might be a good fit.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach to supervision is warm, collaborative and reflective. I aim to create a supportive space where you can think openly about your client work, explore challenges and uncertainties, and recognise and build on your strengths as a practitioner.
I work integratively and tailor supervision to you, your way of working and the needs of your clients. Alongside exploring the therapeutic work itself, we can think together about the therapeutic relationship, patterns or dynamics that may be emerging, ethical considerations, professional development and how the work may be affecting you personally.
I see supervision as a space for open and thoughtful exploration, rather than somewhere there is always one ‘right’ answer. My role is to offer curiosity, challenge and support, helping you develop confidence in your own clinical thinking while offering another perspective when this may be useful.
Practice description
I believe supervision works best when you feel able to bring the full picture of your work and not only the sessions that have gone well, but also the moments where you have felt stuck, uncertain or simply unsure what to do next.
I work integratively and relationally, drawing on established supervision frameworks including the Seven-Eyed Model and the formative, normative and restorative functions of supervision. These provide different ways of thinking about the work, from exploring the client and therapeutic relationship to developing your skills and practice, attending to ethical and professional responsibilities, and considering the personal impact of the work.
My clinical background is integrative, drawing particularly on humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches and I can adapt supervision to different ways of working. I enjoy working with counsellors who are developing their practice, undertaking further training, building their confidence or simply wanting a thoughtful space to reflect on their work.
Above all, I want supervision to be somewhere you can be curious, think openly and develop your own way of practising, while knowing that I will offer support, appropriate challenge and another perspective when it is helpful.
My first session
I offer a 20–30 minute introductory call before arranging our first supervision session. This gives us a chance to meet, talk a little about your practice and what you are looking for from supervision, and for you to ask any questions you may have. It is also an opportunity for us both to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit, with no obligation to continue.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging at different times, and you reach a point where you feel you do not want to deal with it on your own- it can be helpful to talk to someone separate from other areas of your life. You may be feeling stuck, conflicted, or having difficulties within yourself that keep coming up. I can offer a confidential space to listen to you and help explore things at your own pace, to gain insight into your unique situation and bring about understanding and changes that feel comfortable and right for you.
I support people who would like to work on:
· Emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem.
· Situational issues such as stress, grief, lack of direction and meaning.
· Women’s issues such as societal pressures and life transitions such as marriage, menopause, and motherhood.
