About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor. I am able to supervise psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, relational and integrative practitioners as well as particularly enjoying working with trainees and people who use counselling skills in support work. In addition to holding the supervision space ethically, I enjoy opening out ideas and working together with supervisees to explore and question their work through a variety of lenses. I work in a curious and supportive way with my supervisees.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor and have worked in a number of settings for the last 14 years, I currently work in private practice from SE26, SW11 and online.
I believe strongly in the power of working together with someone who relates to you and I warmly welcome new clients when I have availability.
Psychotherapy is a long term treatment which focuses on gaining insight into the underlying causes of emotional problems. Hidden feelings and past experiences often inform our behaviour and the way we relate to others. By working therapeutically, the aim of psychotherapy is to bring these feelings to the surface and give them space to transform. Psychotherapy is exploratory and non-judgemental. By working therapeutically, understanding the underlying roots of difficulties can be extremely effective in the long term.
I also offer counselling sessions which will often be focused on a short-term issue or problem you are having and may be more concentrated on helping you work out how to feel better around a particular life event, for example.
I work with individuals, couples and also with people in relationships other than couples, for example a friendship or family relationship.
