About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision as a supportive, reflective space where you can bring your client work and stay close to how the work is affecting you as a practitioner. My approach is integrative, person-centred and relational, with attention to ethics, authenticity, and the deeper processes that may be shaping the work, while making room for uncertainty, complexity, and ongoing learning.
I am currently completing my supervision training and offering a small number of free supervision spaces while I build my practice hours. These spaces may be especially suited to trainees and early-career counsellors who are looking for a warm, grounded and reflective approach.
Sessions are available online and in person in the Manchester area. If this feels like it may be a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch with a few lines about your current role, your setting, and the kind of support you are looking for in supervision.

I'm a BACP-accredited therapist with several years’ experience working with both individuals and couples in private practice and online settings. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models including person-centred and process-oriented therapy, CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic approaches, movement and art therapy, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I tailor my approach to suit the needs of each person I work with.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or in conflict, my aim is to offer a warm, respectful, and supportive space where we can explore what’s happening and find a way forward that feels real and meaningful for you.
I work relationally, this means I pay close attention to what’s happening not just within you, but also between you and others, including here in the therapeutic space. I believe healing and insight come not just from talking, but from being genuinely met and understood.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, grief, relational difficulties, trauma, addiction, disconnection, and life transitions. I also support couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, emotional distancing, or uncertainty about the future of their relationship.
Beginning therapy can bring a lot to the surface, that’s completely natural. I’m here to offer a compassionate space as we find a way forward together.
