About me and my therapy practice
Relational | Reflective | Restorative | Embodied
Supervision is a space to reflect deeply about your work and reconnect with yourself as a practitioner. I offer creative, somatic and trauma-informed supervision that brings together reflection, embodied awareness, intuition and relationality - supporting you to explore both what is happening in the room and what is happening within you.
My approach is grounded, compassionate and collaborative. I welcome complexity: questions, uncertainties, moments of connection, challenges and discoveries that shape us as practitioners. Together, we can explore your work with curiosity, honesty and depth, while staying connected to your values, professional identity and the work that matters to you.
I welcome practitioners from a range of modalities and particularly enjoy working with those who bring creativity, intuition, embodied awareness or a holistic perspective to their work.
My approach emphasises presence, curiosity and embodied awareness, supporting you to think deeply about your work while remaining connected to your way of being as a practitioner. I particularly enjoy working with highly sensitive (HSP), intuitive and neurodivergent practitioners, recognising the perspectives and ways of knowing they can bring to therapeutic work.
I offer supervision that can hold both the practical and less tangible aspects of therapeutic work: relationships, ethics, boundaries and professional development alongside intuition, embodied responses, creativity and the emotional impact of the work.
Together we can:
- Reflect on your therapeutic work with clarity and compassion
- Explore relational dynamics, process and your responses within the work
- Integrate somatic awareness and body-based reflection
- Explore your inner process and parts work with curiosity
- Reconnect with creativity, intuition and imagination
- Consider professional identity, boundaries and sustainable practice
- Develop greater confidence, self-awareness and professional integrity
Practice description
My Supervision Approach
I draw on the CRAFTS model, integrating creativity, restorative reflection, authenticity, field awareness, transpersonal insight and systems thinking. This framework offers a way of attending to both the visible and less visible layers of therapeutic practice, while remaining grounded in the wider context in which the work takes place.
Having worked self-employed for over 10 years, including running my private practice, I understand the realities of developing and sustaining work as a practitioner. Alongside my background in counselling, psychotherapy, social work and mental health advocacy, I bring a person-centred, existential, transpersonal and parts-informed approach, alongside a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded perspective.
Who Might Benefit
- Qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists
- Practitioners wishing to deepen trauma-informed, creative or embodied practice
- Creative, spiritual and holistic practitioners seeking reflective supervision
- Those drawn to somatic, transpersonal or parts-based approaches
- Highly sensitive, intuitive or neurodivergent practitioners
- Practitioners at any stage who value a relational, thoughtful and collaborative approach to supervision

Our time together will hopefully feel restorative and reflective, offering a space to nurture both you and the heart of your work.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer warm, client-led, trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy for adults navigating post-traumatic growth, life transitions, grief & neurodivergence. I have a particular interest in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), intuitives, creatives & neurodivergent people.
- Are you seeking more freedom and authenticity in your life?
- Has loss or grief left you searching for deeper meaning and purpose?
- Do you long to live a more creative and embodied life - connected to your self and what matters to you?
- Has life dulled your sense of connection, leaving you longing for something more meaningful?
- Have you already engaged in significant therapy and now want space to integrate what you've discovered, rather than simply revisit the past?
- Are you at a point of transition, wondering what you want to take with you and what you might be ready to leave behind?
Sometimes life can take us away from parts of ourselves. Our creativity, intuition, confidence, sense of possibility or connection with what matters to us can become quieter beneath the demands of life, relationships, loss or difficult experiences. Therapy can offer a place to pause and listen. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, what is here for you now, and what might be emerging. There may be things you want to understand, things you want to reclaim and things you are discovering for the first time. I can support you to reconnect with yourself and step into a deeper, more authentic relationship with your body, your creativity, and your life.
Experiences I Can Help With:
- Integrating previous therapeutic work & exploring what comes next
- Life transitions, identity shifts & new chapters
- Spirituality, meaning, purpose & spirituality
- Intuition, creativity & embodiment
- Sensitivity & neurodivergence
- Trauma, grief & the experiences that have shaped you
- Relationships & boundaries
- Authenticity & self-discovery
Practice description
How I Work:
I offer in-person counselling in Marsden, Huddersfield, and online therapy across the UK & Europe. My approach is warm, person-centred and relational. Your thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, imagination, creativity and ways of making sense of the world all have a place in our work. I draw on creative, somatic, existential and transpersonal approaches alongside parts-work or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Our sessions may include talking, body awareness, creative expression, imagery, movement, parts work or silence. Sometimes there may be a particular experience you want to explore, sometimes something less defined may emerge. I will meet you where you are and we can find our way together. I particularly enjoy working with reflective, sensitive, creative and curious people, including those who have already engaged in significant therapeutic work and want somewhere to pause, integrate what they have learned and explore what is emerging now.
Creative Therapy
Creative therapy offers a gentle way to explore what might feel difficult to put into words. Through drawing, painting, imagination and metaphor something may emerge that you already sense but haven't quite been able to articulate. You don't need to consider yourself creative, and there is no expectation to make anything 'good'. Creativity can simply become another language within the therapeutic space. It can offer a different way of exploring emotions, memories, relationships, identity and inner experience - especially when talking feels too much, or not quite enough.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy invites you to slow down and gently turn toward your body’s inner knowing. By bringing curious, compassionate attention to sensations, breath and movement, we listen for what’s held within - the stories, tensions or truths waiting to be felt and understood. As you connect with your felt sense, new possibilities for healing, clarity and grounded presence can begin to emerge.
My first session
What to Expect in Your First Session:
Our first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns or questions you may have. It’s a space to get a sense of how I work, and whether you feel comfortable. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say - you are welcome exactly as you are. The pace is yours. I offer a compassionate space tailored to help you navigate overwhelm, build resilience and honour your unique self.
